Good morning friends!!!!

 

Burning a Swan Creek Vanilla Pound Cake candle. Hopefully this won't upset DH's applecart today!

 

I think I am going to have to stick to lighter scents. I think it is the really strong ones that are bothering him. We shall see. I know he really likes my Lampeberger lamp. Hopefully I won't have to resort to using it all of the time, altho I do like it!

 

It is SO cold in N. Texas this morning. Going to stay in and read and do laundry today!

Aria, I love the Pioneer Woman! I don't have cable but I've seen her show once, and subscribe to her blog. Love her recipes! And she is such a funny and talented writer.

 

This morning I'm melting GHBT Breakfast with Grandma. Don't really have any idea what's in this one, it's just a vague bakery scent to me. Muffins maybe? Who knows. I bet it's some kind of blend.

 

I'm about to go organize my tarts, plus by the time I got up this morning, DH had made a list of roughly a billion errands for us to do today. I can't decide whether I'm happy they'll get done or sad that my day won't be quite as lazy. Oh well. Luckily, I am also enjoying planning a Spotted Hog order. Happy Saturday everyone!

Forgot to add that DD decided on Bubblegum from Scentsy for her bedroom and bathroom. I asked her if she really wanted her bathroom to smell like bubblegum and she said, "Yup!". Lol At least it's clean now.

So you decided to stay! We lived in a little rinky dink duplex on Holt St. near the intersection of Nellis and Lake Mead. I was 18 and DH was 19. We were totally broke and the only casino we could go in was Circus Circus. No fun at all.

Just blew out my pink sugar candle to trim the wicks and am now burning Front Porch Orange Pineapple Cake in living room and Village Candles Vanilla and White Peach along with Swan Creek Vanilla Pound Cake in the kitchen.

Good (Late) Afternoon!

Been going full tilt all morning here. Working on getting the garden ready to plant, after garage sailing early this morning.

Poured my lovely Goldilocks by CBV back into the tart cup. It was still going strong, but we're having company to celebrate my ex-dh's birthday and it's probably not a scent for everyone.

Replaced it with Summer Nites by CBV, another great treasure from my swap-buddy.

Lemon Icebox (I think by Missy's) in the kitchen, and Violet Birch by Perfect Scents still going in the hall. All are starting to compete with the BBQ grill smell now.
