Today I am burning votices from House of Soy Nag Champa and Campfire and Marshmallow. Also have TDC in my LR going Bergamot Spice(a top 10 fav. of mine). I'm going to dinner with my future DIL and her Mom. This should be lots of fun and also I won't have to cook!! Wishing all a great afternoon..

Christy: I'm so sorry your fur baby had to go live with the "grandparents'..I bet they will just love him/her to death. I lost one of our long-time outside ferals last week and I'm just so sad. I knew the day I was able to touch her that something was bad wrong with her because she had never been touched or held. I petted her and actually moved her up and made a warm bed for her. I don't know if something got a hold of her or she was just "old and tired"..Sad Eyes did know human touch before she passed and I was so glad that it was me that gave her love. She was the one that used to sleep on top of our chimney during Winter. I am looking forward this week to having a "girly" dinner with my future DIL and her Mom...time to do a little celebrating. Well, I guess I better post something "smelly". Today , I've been melting LSC- Aspen Meadows. I'm ready to place another order with them too Cristy, I have a hard time catching the sale. I melted Fluffed Caramel Apples from Tara's Candle Cottage last week and I thought it was just wonderful..a reorder for sure. Have a great week and I need to be a better poster.

Thank you so much for the well wishes for my son and his fiancee' (that sounds funny). They are a good match I think. I've been in and out a lot this week but this morning I am melting LSC Peppermint Marshmallow Snow. YUMMY!!....I also have a votive going in my hideaway room from HOS Amber Romance. WE are going to a Pacer game this evening. A rep friend of my DH has extra,FREE tickets 5 rows behind the bench so it's time to blow off some "stink". Have a great day friends.

This late afternoon I'm melting a favorite Can-Do Mimi's House. My oldest DS and his GF became engaged yesterday. They live in Penn. and he works for Boeing. This is so very exciting because it has been a long time since some positive happy times have been in our house. I don't know what type of wedding they will plan but maybe an exotic port somewhere and hopefully we will be able to be included. I'm just happy for them and this bit of news...Have a great Saturday evening. The sun has come out and it is beautiful here in Indiana this evening.

Yesterday's scent of the day was Moonalisa Umbrae. I love this perfume and I am rationing it to last the summer. I really like some of the scents from Poison Apple and Possetts but their staying power on me is not great. I really love Possetts Arizona scent. It is SO nice and not too sweet for my nose 'cause this girl just doesn't do florals. I've also been wearing Soltice Scents-Lace Draped Spectre here and there which is just lovely scent. I am working through my Gloi scrub Snow Wolf. I really love this scent cedar, and frankincense notes are always a staple in my bath, fragrance or home scents.

Hang in there Laurie..it will be worth the wait and less chance for a screw-up at your expense. I am melting Tara's- Fifteen. Also trying some votives from House of Soy. The votives have been pretty decent but there is a very highly perfumey smell when the bags are opened. After out of the bag and lit, I can't seem to smell that but it really is strong. The one I am burning now is cedar, geranium and eucalyptus. The few tarts I ordered are the same way. Anyone have thoughts on this oddity? We are having June like weather here and I am going to enjoy each day because I know at some point we still have some Winter left. Wishing you all a wonderful weekend.

Laurie: Hope you have some great pain meds and are off to dreamy land this evening. I am melting Tara's Candle Cottage..Fifteen..this smells just so great. I'm very impressed with the cold sniff on the tarts and I'm sure will enjoy melting away. Luving this 70+ weather and wondering when will the bottom fall out. The magnolia trees are starting to open and I saw forsythia in bloom too. THis is just crazy for our area. Have a great evening y'all..

THis afternoon I'm melting Cozy Cottage Pana Cotta. It smells

A few years ago Avon had a scent from their Planet Spa line called Arizona Hot Sands. I always loved this very unusual scent and I had a set with tea lights,sand, wax chips and mini candles. My nose can not "pick out" the base notes of this scent and would love to have some one duplicate it since I still have a couple of tea lights. Any thoughts, or if someone actually carries this scent I would love to find it. I know some one out there has probably smelled this beautiful scent before. Thanks so much...y'all have never failed me yet.

Well, as my dear Dad used to say " I smell like a French whorehouse." I got my sample from Possetts and Fabienne generously stuck in 6 extra. The full size bottles I ordered were in Arizona-Sage and Honeycomb which is wonderful and also Leap Day which also smells so good. I will have yo let the morphing scents tame down a bit but I am very impressed with the blends that I ordered.

Jules: You silly girl...I honestly think I have done the same thing before...My vehicle is in the shop replacing a rusted back up light assembly. I guess it has been getting moisture through a cracked lense so just changing the bulb won't fix the problem. I am melting Scentsible Scents votive Mint to Be. The sun is shining and I think it will be about 60 here today. Has anyone caught the show on Animal Planet, My Cat from Hell. I absolutely LOVE this show and have learned so many things about cat behavior. It's a very interesting show. Y'all have a wonderful day.
