Hey y'all I hope it's been a good Tuesday for all.. I am trying to track down the company that has the scent Haunted Heart. This was gifted to me last year and I've been holding on to this little tart. I put it on this morning and it is WONDERFUL!!!...so if anyone has any idea who carries this scent..much appreciated. I also placed a order with Carol for lots of Fall scents. It's been way too long since I've ordered from her. It's been a rainy, cool week so far. We are in the "comma" rain pattern over the Midwest states. Have a great evening ..

Aria: I'm glad you can smell again and Autumn Leaves sounds like a perfect scent. I need to get some dups of this from other places. This afternoon I am melting CHC bamboo cabin. It's been raining all day and DS sent a text that they got back to Philly area safe and sound.

Up at 4:30 AM...DS and his GF left out for Philly..It was a great short visit with them and so now I'm up and on the coffee.. Yesterday I melted Bella's Cracklin' Birch and Carol's Winter Cabin. DH is making a big batch of chili today to use up our small crop of tomatoes. The Colts play this evening and boy do we need some kind of miracle to get through the season. Good Morning y'all.. It has been a Fall like week here and we got over an INCH of much needed rain yesterday. DS and his GF are coming into town for the weekend to attend a wedding at Purdue University. We will be able to spend a little time together on Thursday but that is about it. I'll take anything I can get at this point. I am melting Carol's Winter cabin and Busy Bee pumpkin cheesecake and LSC stone washed cotton. this is definitely my favorite scent season. I hope everyone is doing well and I'll check in later on.

Yes, the VooDoo Love is a really nice vanilla blend. I'm pretty picky about my vanilla scents. This week I have melted LSC-Rownan, TDC- Bergamot and Spice, Rugged Cowboy and Caramel Apple. I haven't been on this week, but hope y'all are doing well and life is good. It's suppose to get around 40 here tonight. I like the 70 degree temps for the day time with the sun a shining. Hopefully this weekend starting on painting our kitchen cabinets...I know it's going to be a very involved job, but this kitchen thing needs to get done..

Hey y'all...I hope everyone is enjoying their long weekend.. DH has been off on a "piddle" vaca. since last Wednesday. Thank goodness he goes back to work tomorrow. This morning I am melting TDC- Rugged Cowboy. This is a great smellin' tart. I have a lot of luck with the scents from here. Also, melting LSC-Stone Wash Cotton and Lathers & Lights -Tunisian Breeze..(love this scent). I hope all is well with my candle buddies and I need to start checking in more often... Michelle: I hope your beach house has minimum damage. My DS and his GF are in Drexel Hill, Pa and I think they will probably just get mostly pounding rains and wind. Aria: Yes, that's me!! I love TDC Bergamot Spice. It's such a clean smelling and energizing scent. I pray for y'all on the East Coast that this storm fizzles out some what. Today I am melting CYS Fall Foilage (I think). I've had this one for awhile, but it is SO good and smells just like a Fall day in my LR. Well, I'm off to the grocery store, can't put it off any longer. Take care all..

Funny story, Candlelove...Aria I hope you have a very Happy Anniversary. There were some reports of feeling the quake in Indy, but not at my house. It's suppose to be a very warm day and the past week has been really nice with the lower temps and humidity. This morning I am melting County Line Candles- City Slicker. This is a very manly smell, but that's the kind I like and it really is filling up my LR and DR area. I hope y'all are safe from the hurricane brewing and also glad to hear not a lot of damage from the earthquake. The part of Indiana where I grew up sits on the New Madrid fault. So, if there is a big one in this area it will probably just suck little Vincennes into the Wabash river since the town is in a valley. Well, I hope all is well with everyone and I need to get outside and start whacking at my weed-fest.

Ah..poor little critter babies that are scared of storms and noise. Our Shags still hasn't turned up. My son rode his bike up the road a ways and found a black cat and called me telling me it was her, but it wasn't. So, I guess there is still hope she may be alive out there some where. Thanks to all for your kindness words and thoughts. This morning I am melting LSC-Cedarwood Mint. This is a wonderful, clean scent and very uplifting. Hey y'all..It's been crazy around here..nothing worth sharing just crazy. I have been melting TDC-Havana and Busy Bee dup of Forever Alice the past couple of days. I think it is heating back up today. most of my flowers are beyond help. My middle aged kitty Shagster has been missing since last Sunday. She still had her claws and was an inside/outside kitty. She may have just went off to die. There is just not a sign anywhere of what happened to her. I need to start melting some of my stash because all of the Fall scents are calling my name. Hey y'all..It's been such a great low humidity week here in Indiana. I've been trying to grab a little sun in the afternoon. I'nm tired of looking like a red headed ghost... I've been melting TDc-peace, love and patchouli and a dupe of Forever Alice from Blue Gecko(remember them?. Doc from Busy Bee, duped this last year and I don't know if they added it to their regular list, but it is SO good and a very true dup. Well, I'm heading outside to water, so have a great weekend.

This late afternoon it's LSC Buttermint. I love this scent..I think our 22nd. day 90 and above here... I'm doing some cleaning out of some stuff today. Also, I think my keyboard and mouse are about shot, so on the hunt soon for a replacement. I should just get a lap top and not worry about replacing this stuff, but watching my funds. so this will work for now. Have a great evening and I hope to check in a little more this week..

Thanks Aria: You are a very perceptive gal and hugs to you...just got a bad case of the blues, I guess. This morning I am melting LSC Raspberry Mint Preserves. My house is smelling very good and invigorating. Getting ready to go for a therapeutic massage. I'm sure this will help me feel better..I hope y'all are having a good week. It's a little cooler here today and I am loving this.

I have the same issue Gail, with my melts for the past few weeks. The ones that usually pack a great throw and scent are just not quite doing the job. But, I am melting Grandpa's Pipe from County Line Candles and it is really doing a very nice job . I just got back from my chiropractor monthly adjustment and going to break some green beans for dinner. Stay cool and have a good afternoon.

Many of my melts are not throwing worth a during this heat wave the past couple of weeks. I am melting Grandpa's Pipe from County Line Candles and it is doing very well in my LR. I love this smell too..I've been watering outside flowers, but we just need a good soaking rain. I'm trying to muddle through this anniversary date of my Dad passing 4 years ago. He was just my buddy and I miss him more each year.

One of my BFF was passing through with her daughter on their way home to Canada. I brought out my boxes of stash and told them "It's time to go shopping at Kim's stash" They were awe struck at all of the tarts, B & B perfumes,soaps. We sure had a great time and I hope they enjoy their goodies that they are taking across the border with them. This afternoon I am melting a new vendor for me County Line Candles-Cowboy.. The tarts smell really good and is just the kind of scent I was into for today. I think this is going to be another great company as they are very nicely scented. Kinda reminds me of Southern Star Scents. Have a great weekend y'all.

I tried the cake shaped tarts from Candleberry. I have Carolina Sugar Cane Mist and Kentucky Bourbon. They both are really nice scents but the throw is probably medium in my house. I don't think I will order again. I haven't been melting the last few days. My friend's Dh passed away. DS has been having very painful neuralgia or what ever in his jaw and ears and tons of other things. I do think a DGF and her daughter will be visiting me this week on their way back home to Canada. This makes me very happy!!I will be starting the day with Luna Bleu Patchouli Dreams. This is a new scent from here for me..I will report in later on it. Aria, I love your avatar. Yes Gail it sure is..I love this beautiful bush. They used to grow in my grandparent's yard in South Carolina and I am so glad I found some hardy for our climate in Indiana.
