Maureen: i'm very happy your son will be coming home..I too worry about my boys. One is 24 and in Penn. and the other still lives at home. I don't think I've had a decent, peaceful week for several years. Prayers and hugs and do something special when he comes back home.

Trep: I'm glad you made it to safety o.k. We went through the ice storm in 88 and it was just 4 days of hell...We stayed here but closed all of the house off except the family room and I had a 2 year old and it was just terrible. We did have a kerosene heater for the room and that was why we stayed here. They are predicting 1-2 inches of ice in our area..I don't have a good feeling about this..I don't know if it will be any better in Southern Indiana where my family lives or not..I don't know what to do at this point. I am melting Busy Bee Candles -Splinters and Rags. It just one of those great scents that I don't know the notes but it's just SO good. I'm also burning a jar candle form CHC-Bamboo Cabin. this is another all-time favorite scent of mine. We may lose our power here(likely), so I hope every one stays safe and warm and surely Spring is not far away.

It's gloooooooooomy and spitting a little snow this morning. We did a re-fi on out mortgage and it has finally closed this morning. I 'm glad we are going to 15 years and 3.75%, not a bad deal. This morning I am melting Can-Do Mimi's House-absolutely a wonderful, homey scent and another fav. LOL-American Dream. I hope everyone who has been under the weather is feeling better. I don't know where this month has went to..but that means not too long until Spring.

O.K... I am in need some of your valuable input. I wanted to try both of these companies last year and it just didn't happen. So, which shall I pick for my next order?(when there is a sale). I have read so many great things about both companies on here. So, my choice is in your hands. Thanks to all that offers some input.

Good Monday to all..I hope everyone has been keeping warm. I am in my hibernation mode and we still have probably 2 months left of this stuff. This morning I am melting on of my favorites Can-Do Mini's house. A wonderful comfy scents for a cold days. I'm starting to go through the dread tax stuff.. . I guess those of us who itemize will not be able to e-file until mid to late Feb. for some reason. My newest feral adoptee (Merle) was really loving his little condo but for some reason he has decided to hang out up against the house in the mulch. I don't know if another kitty has taken over the back part of the year or what. The heated water bowl is doing it's job. It's so nice not having to chop at the frozen water to make a hole for them. Phoebe the hummingbird has hatched 2 new little ones. A fun website to view. This brightens up the cold, gloomy days here in Indy. Also, do I need to let my order from LSC sit for a couple of weeks? Stardust; Did you every check Bellas Candles n Tarts? I was on the search after EW Coffee With Santa and ended up ordering some Santa's Cup of Joe from Bellas last year. (bark form). I think it is almost a spot on dup of EW. They are having a sale on the bark 1 lb for 1/2 lb price. The scent description is: Rich Col. coffee blended with sweet caramel, a dash of cinn,, rich bittersweet cocoa and brisk peppermint.

Hey y'all: It's a little foggy here this morning and the snow is melting ,but we are in for some very cold weather this weekend. I really could use some sunshine to lift my grumpies.. I am melting Can-Do Oklahoma Snowdrifts. This is a great scent and I wish I had ordered more of it. I hope the world is right with everyone today and I will catch you later.

LLVV: You are on my mind today..I'm sure you are worn to the bone. I was with my Dad when he "passed over' and I wouldn't have known it except for the monitor. My son was at Purdue and was actually saying his good byes to him on the phone when he passed. They say the hearing is the last sense to go. I hope everyone that is sick will feel much better soon. I keep forgetting to thank everyone on commenting on my kitty Tip. He will be 20 years old April 1. He was from a litter of ferals at our house and when they were ready to find new homes a lady came to look at him and he headed way up our Maple tree. He was just such a sweetie and won our hearts very quickly. He has grown up with our boys and though slower these days he is still very spry and wants outside at least 2 or 3 times a day. He loves his glucosamine treats and will blink his eyes or put his paw up when he wants his treat. I am melting Carol's Cedar and Spice and expecting a small order from her soon. I am also melting blue sugar for LLVV and family. Have a great Friday. It's cold and maybe more snow this weekend and this is my store day, so I'll catch 'all later.

Thank you for all of the well wishes. The dentist went fine, The hardest part was sitting in the chair 2 1/2 hours, numerous impresions and also holding my mouth open for so long. It will be worth it in the end. I am melting from Carol-Cedar and Spice. I think this is a discontinued scent but I sure do love it. It seems much colder here today and I think we may get a little snow tomorrow. I guess it is January , but I can't wait to see my little flowers poking through the mulch. Hey y'all.I hope everyone's New Year is going well. Our snow has melted here and we may get 1-2 inches on Friday. I am burning a nice candle from Aroma-Mix Cranberry Clove. I am also burning EE-Crystal Lake votive. I'm ready to melt my favorite scents Like Earthen Oak,Baton Rouge, Cracklin Birch, anything with cedar notes. I am going to my dentist this afternoon to start on my lower back bridge. This will replace 4 teeth and is permanent, so very high dollar. This will blow my 1000.00 dental for the New Year plus 3,000.00 more. I'm glad I can pay in installments. Take care everyone and have a good melting day.

I am happy that our Colts came away winners last night. The score was a little bit too close though. I am melting Carol's Christmas Time and unknown blue sugar. Putting away my Barbie tree. It's so time consuming putting the ornaments back in their boxes. A Colonoscopy is on my list of things that I will do this year. Too many other OOP medical bills last year and our insurance won't cover the whole thing, but in my top 3 things to do. Have a great Monday and we have a beautiful sunshiny day in Indiana.

Hey all, just checking in this afternoon. I am melting Can-Do Mimi's House and Warm Glow brittle from last year Northern Pine. Susan, so glad you are back..We have a new furnace, but it is rather loud to be in our family room, which years ago was a garage. Hopefully, they will be able to tone down the jet burner take off sound, or it will go bye bye. I'm starting some baking. DS will be home on Tuesday for around 10 days. Good morning. WE are getting some more snow this morning. DH was able to get my battery charged late last night. Furnace guys are SUPPOSE to be here in the AM to put the new furnace in. I have been at home all week and really need to get some stuff done. I found a melt from EW. I think this was a tester that Riss was considering for her line. It's called Snow Fairy. Hopefully, it still has some scent left. I am also melting Santa's Pipe. This one is still packing some scent. Have a great day everyone.
