Hey guys! School started back for me and I'm in the home stretch, plus things got crazy hectic round these parts, so I've not really had much time to read or post much. Glad to hear your kitty is doing better so quickly, NMhoneybear! We took our little guy to get his rabies booster for the year yesterday, and he was such a good cat the entire time. Last time he soaked himself and the carrier in drool. This time he didn't even complain much and sat nicely for the tech. Finally got a new scent going, Mainstays Pecan Pie in the last of my cheapy 3-wick jars. It's good! For anyone else in destash mode, isn't it exciting when you start to get to the bottom of a box or container?

Yep, but only because the leather ones are always too small for my hands in ladies' sizes and the mens' ones are well, too masculine for my tastes. The person below me has a kitty!

What is Whoopie Pie like? I have a tart of that in the stash, and I'm really curious as to what it's like!

I have to agree that Snowflake Cookie is a good scent. It has me hooked on just cold sniff, and it'll be a minute before I get to that part of the stash...I found Yankee a couple months into my candle obsession so I've got a lot of cheapy candles as well as some quality but older candles to get through first. Do you melt wax tarts? Yankee's have been hit or miss for me, but Chocolate Cupcake and Strawberry Buttercream were A+.

There's plenty of wax addicts on this forum! I myself am also fond of a nice Yankee large jar. Do you have an Illuma-lid? They are the best thing since sliced bread.

R- Riding Mower (YC's Mandles have amusing names. )

How did you know? I have one last Christmas celebration with family that was out of town then after they returned I had to go for a few days to be a good bridesmaid in my friend's wedding. The person below me dislikes patchouli. (I myself get a dirt note from it.)

BF was supposed to take my car to work today since his truck was acting up yesterday...but then he couldn't get the door open! So not a good lil car. :tongue: The truck behaved today though. I couldn't take the spices anymore, so I swapped to melting YC's Strawberry Buttercreme. Really good!

C- Cupcake

NMHoneybear, I hope the next year and change goes well for you. That sounds so hard. I'm burning yet another Glade Orchard Apple Cinnamon. I've been alternating between Apple Cinnamon-type scents and others since it seems the use-it-up now part of my stash is really heavy on Apple Cinnamon varieties. I think I will be good on AC scents for a while after this.

Hey all! This weather is absolutely insane out. Burning Mainstays Fresh Baked Cookies! The throw on this is a little light too. I'll be glad when I'm in less of a use-it-up phase and my stash is a lot fresher and stronger!

W- Watermelon Mint

Hey all! Yes, I did have a good birthday! Tried out Mainstays Hazelnut Creme on the melter, but it didn't have enough throw, so I gave it a toss after a day. Now I have another Glade Orchard Apple Cinnamon going. It's light but I'll live.

Q R- Red Velvet Cake

Aww, thanks guys! I'm 24 now. Melting Mainstays Hazelnut Cream 3-wick on the melter because one of the wicks is waaaay too close to the glass for my liking. I hear this is a really good scent, so I'm excited to see what it's like once the wax melts all the way. The snow descended upon us as well, had to go 30 mph the whole way home, but we made it! School has already been called for the kiddos.

What is the Frosted Almond Biscotti like? I have a candle of it I got for Christmas and I'm kinda curious as to what the hot throw and scent is like. Edit: Biolaeagles, you and yours will be on my mind tomorrow. Hope things go as smoothly as possible.
