Congrats MaggieMae on the thread title! I posted last night on the old thread, forgetting we would have a new one. I've got Glade Orchard Apple Cinnamon going! Pretty good.

First candle of the year! Glade Orchard Apple Cinnamon! Pretty good throw considering I don't have a full wax pool yet. Good start to the year in my book.

C- Christmas Cookie (excited to try this one when my birthday YC order gets in! :D)

...and then Christmas Day I opened gifts from BF and got another candle and 2 more clamshells. I may actually *need* a wax ban at this point! More Merry Christmas to all, we're about to curl up with the complete box set of The Sopranos and Oatmeal Cookie from Mainstays.

Merry Christmas, all! I'm just so... ! Christmas Eve we do all our family stuff, and I got a BHG candle, a bag of brittle and a small jar candle from CandleSmith Candles, and 2 Scentsy bricks and a cute little Ghosty warmer from them. More importantly than all the wax, I think a good time was had by all! All my little sisters were over the moon. We're exhausted though. The Yankee SAS opened early, so BF let me go ahead and place my birthday order (Jan. 2nd, I say close enough :P) and I will go on wax ban happy! Never thought I would say THAT!

I think I have before, but this time I was like QUINCE! Now that I did my one Quince, I think I will skip it. S- Salted Caramel

O- Orchard Pear

I would say it's way heavier on the caramel, and to me at least the cold sniff reminds me of a caramel cappuchino-type scent. I might be imagining the coffee notes/ my cappuchinos tend to have about 5% actual coffee in them. :tongue: Either way, tis delicious! Took out that 3-wick last night. Today will be Mainstays Oatmeal Cookies when I get home.

L- Lemon Lavender

Sweet&Spicey Girl, I got Cinnamon Caramel Swirl! Cold sniff is entirely divine. I had to go dig it out of my stash to check the scent. Just finished my seasonal candles a day or two ago, and now I'm trying to use up lidless jars. Tried out a Simple Living 2-layer jar in Cinnamon Spice Cookies and Cinnamon Toast, but I had kept it too long without a lid and no throw was there to be found. Off to the stovetop to look nice it goes while I finish up Apple Cinnamon Crisp on the jar warmer.

Delori's Warm and Cozy had no throw on the melter. Zip. It was really odd. I wonder if all soy candles do that? It was my first one. Giving a Candle-lite 3 wick a try in Apple Cinnamon Crisp. Decent throw, but it smells more like a Mac Apple/ fresher apple scent than the name would suggest. I'll take it and run! Happy Saturday everyone! If I can get some longevity on my candles I'll shh for the weekend.

Ugh! I just cannot win with multi-wicked candles. I had to relegate Delori Candle's Warm n Cozy to the candle warmer because I was having drowning wick problems. Hopefully it continues to smell good. I did get a lovely 3-wick BBW candle as a Christmas gift from BF's sister, so I hope that I can get that one to burn well when the time comes.

Long day at work today, so I brought in Holiday Time Winter Berries again. Still not a fan of the soapy 'winter' note in the berry scent, but at least it's burning a little better! Gotta knock that stash down so I can start my wax ban for the new year and get off it as soon as possible!
