Good morning! Today I have melting Nene's Coastal Breeze in the bedroom, Busy Bees Snickerdoodle Cookie in the kitchen, and Grazia Coconut Vanilla Cream I think it's called. Have a great day everyone!

Continuing with Autumn Spice from Front Porch. Love this scent...

Dabba, here's a quick and easy recipe for a dip that always goes over well whenever I make it.

1 cup salsa

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 (8 oz.) pkg. of cream cheese, softened

Beat salsa and cream cheese with an electric mixer until well blended; fold in cheese. Chill until ready to serve. Best served with Ritz crackers or tortilla chips. Everyone has such great ideas. You can't go wrong with any of them. I hope your daughter has a fabulous birthday!

Good Morning everyone. Thanks for the well wishes for DD-she is currently driving me crazy because she will not sit still. So I'd say she is better! Back to school tomorrow!

 

In between cobweb and "4yo disaster room" cleaning I have managed to put in- Creme Brulee Can Do, A Primitive Christmas Gathering-Melissa's, Christmas Pine-Melissa's, and Sangria-MB

 

The pine scents in both girls' rooms are mellow enough to smell good without overpowering.

 

Sweet Sixteen-sounds like fun Dabba! Everyone has yummy suggestions! What time should we all be there?

I had Spotted Hog's Rice Krispy Treat on today, but I didn't get much from it, so I dumped it already. I've still got a bunch of candles going. That's probably enough for now. It's raining and the house feels very closed up today.

 

All I want right now is fresh cool air. I think I'll take my umbrella for a walk. (I don't have a dog)

Got a scented Illuminations catalog in the mail today. There is a store not too far from where I live....I may have to go check it out! Anyone have an experience with these candles?

 

Melting Carol's Baked Apples......super yummy!!!!!! Got this as a freebie with my last order....the tarts were shaped like little slices of bread.......too cute!

 

Also still have Cinnamon Donuts from Dew Drop going....very long-lasting scent!

Nene's Waffle Cone... the kids have a day off from school and this is my son's favorite scent...

 

I still have Mainstays Gingerbread going in the kitchen... this is a nice mellow gingerbread... they had a layered candle with Gingerbread being the top layer... has anyone tried the Mainstays candles at Wal-Mart?

Fleur--I have used the Mainstays candles and have found the 3 wick ones to be the ones with the most scent. I have tried the smaller sizes than this and got no scent. I have not, however, tried the large one wick ones but those 3 wick ones really put out the scent.

I'm back from my walk. It was shortened by an ill-timed downpour, but it was enough to clear my head.

 

I came back in and put on:

 

Colonial - Pumpkin Pie and

HoT White Chocolate Pumpkin Cafe'

and then made myself a fresh cuppa joe with Black Cherry Strudel creamer. Yum-me!

Hi all! Spent my day running errands, but now I'm home and have on Fall Festival from Yankee and Apple Bread from CFTKR. Both smell great! I'm going to start some spaghetti here in a bit for dinner. Hope everyone has a great evening!

All afternoon, it's been CFTKR's zucchini bread. Man, this is one delicious smelling tart! It's almost at the end of the 2nd tealight, and it's still going strong.

 

My washing machine has been broken for the past week, but we finally got the part in to fix it today. So, I have a whole week's worth of laundry (6 people!!!) to catch up on. I'm on load #2 now, with probably at least 6 more to go. But, I never thought I'd be so excited to do laundry as I am right now.
