Good Afternoon! I decided that, after coming in from outside, I actually could smell the Falling Leaves by CSFH and wasn't liking it much (weirdly perfumy). I'm actually not sure if I even have the correct scent name, because unfortunately, many of her labels have fallen off the bags, and when I dig in the box I have to make my best guess of matching them up. That was something very nice about Carol's bags, she always double bagged them and put the label on the inside one so you couldn't lose it. I changed to Fall on the Farm by CFTKR - the scent sounds so lovely: falling leaves on the farm from all the old trees, dropping in to the berry patches, apple trees, with a hint of mandarin, and cinnamon sticks. I'll let ya know if it lives up to its' description In the kids' bathrooms I put Hayride by OPT In my room is Harvest by Missy's Tempting Tarts Probably add some candles this evening. It's 74 now, but supposed to get in the 30's tonite! Brrrr for Florida! I always worry for the pets left outside, especially around here they are not used to these kinds of temps!

Good Morning! Boy, having Monday off from school sure does throw me off! I know all day today I will be thinking it IS Monday. This morning I am re-running my warmers from yesterday afternoon Falling Leaves by Candles Scent From Heaven I didn't notice much throw yesterday, same thing this morning, do you think it could be because they are from 2011? I'm pretty sure they are paraffin and I thought those held their scent. I'll probably change them out and add some candles when I get back from morning errands.

Good Evening CandleFinders! Thanks for all the birthday wishes! I don't really celebrate, but it was nice to see all of your thoughtful posts. I'm still working on the same candles (on a mission to clear them down before it's time for winter scents!) I added a couple of tarts in my room and bathroom for the night, Full Moon by unknown vendor . . . it was very old, the cup was deteriorating badly. Unfortunately, I ended up dumping it because I couldn't smell anything from it at all. Since one of my dogs (nick-named Farticus) has been snoozing in my room, I needed something strong, so I went with Glade's Fall Hayride, which should do the trick, as I found this scent to be particularly strong in tart form. I thought I'd see if I can resurrect this thread because it's such a I love hearing what everyone is using. I just got out of the shower with Lathers and Lights products Shower creme, Sugar scrub, Lotion and perfume, all in Karma-Kazi I really like it! It's from their "Lushious" collection, here's the scent description: A powdery blend of dragon's blood and patchouli enhanced with citrus and herbs. *Lushious collection*

Happy Sunday! Did everyone enjoy their extra hour of sleep? I got up the same time, the clock just said one hour earlier tho. lol At least I didn't have to go out with dogs in the dark! I finished my Autumn Day candle by BBW I have Falling Autumn Leaves by Shayz Scents all over my house, it's a I *thought* I had All Hallow's Eve (vendor unknown, a sample from somewhere, Backroad Hobbies maybe?) melting in my room, but I just went back there and it wasn't melting. There's no on/off light on that warmer, so I end up doing that a lot

I sure did! (as you can see I like to match things up) I got scrub, lotion & spray in 1. Pink Patchouli 2. English Cathedral 3. Naughty or Nice? the first 2 I have perfume of already Have you tried the souffle scrubs before? I went with the foaming because I've tried and liked them (the souffle said it kind of turns into lotion?) I didn't try any tarts, does she usually have tarts? I saw up to 45 day TAT - did you get in early?

Candy (and Halloween decorations) were 50% off but by 7:30 am there was no good chocolate left . . . just the junky "kids" candies. ugh Oh, and they had Christmas candies out already. Rushing things much?

I just put on a couple of warmers for the morning, (re-run from yesterday) until I get back from errands and school drop-off, but I wanted to ask Debra, how do you like Dark Candles? Do you use the wax melts? Such an interesting site, right up my alley, wondering how they throw. It's one of those weird days where it's considerably colder in my house than outside (my thermostat says 82 outside and 75 in the house!?) It was beautifully chilly this morning, so much so, in fact, that I was inspired to make some crockpot chili! (vegetarian, of course) YUMMO Because I'm SO happy to have cool weather, today's tart (all over the house) was Thankful by CFTKR I had planned to light a candle this evening, but I'm just too pooped. Amber Romance VS type by Aunt Nenas (this was another one that did NOT hold up over time, disintegrated cups !) Yesterday I burned a candle in Black Tea & Amber by Bella Rosa and it smelled HEAVENLY, but, woe is me, it had the darned drowning wicks (3-wicked). why, why, why?? Also still worked on my Fall Hayride candle by Glade Mango Mandarin Madness in my room and bathroom Raspberry Fizz in DS room (have I mentioned how much I LOVE the ScentSational Outlet? great deal and cheap shipping - I think it's around $4.95 flat) Have a great day, everyone!

Good Morning! Debra, I'm so sorry to read that you broke your arm - owie! I hope you have a speedy recovery! This weekend I went to my friend's funeral (my animal rescuer friend), I am still having a hard time realizing I will never get another text or call from her. The rest of the weekend was spent finishing the Halloween decorations and getting the final to-do list together for the annual Halloween party. This all started with my oldest DD and now that she's living out-of-state, it's just not the same, I sure do miss her! I honestly didn't get a lot of melting done over the weekend, finished a bag from OPT of Orange Pomander Spice. I don't know if it's me, or these just lost their scent over time, but they are have not been huge throwers. Once I get the kids off to school, I will change everything out and maybe burn some candles while I'm home. Happy Monday, everyone!
