We are thinking of keeping a few and selling the rest. I'm not expecting people to beat down my door for used, discontinued dishes, though. We'll see if Craigslist generates any interest. Charlie Brown is beautiful!! I love him!! :) That's too bad, roserent. There seems to be no consensus here about LB's quality OR service. I've really enjoyed all of mine and the throws have been perfectly fine, but last night I melted a new LB scent, Toasted Marshmallows, and it really irritated my eyes. That's never happened to me with a tart or candle before. So even though the scent was really yummy and clearly didn't bother DH, I had to dump it and replace it with SH Froot Loop Cupcakes.

TGIF all. It has been just a lovely day for me. DH took the day off and we enjoyed lunch at Olive Garden and then bought matching dishes. What a wild day huh? (We got a couple sets of stoneware 6 years ago when we got married, but they are too bulky and heavy for everyday use, and this whole time we have been using hand-me-down Corelle dishes that are very practical but the design is very blah.) I found a striped Corelle design that has mini plates and mini bowls in addition to the usual sizes, and we use those a lot, plus have I mentioned THEY ALL MATCH?!? (Even all the bowls have the entire pattern on them. So often only the rim of the bowl is colored and it looks boring.) We are going to mix and match colors for the mugs and had to order some of the stuff online, but I am just finding myself unreasonably excited about new/matching dishes LONG after the whole bridal registry thing. ANYWAY...what y'all are probably actually interested in is my scents: K's Kreations White Peach & Hibiscus in the living room, Nene's Lemon Sugar & Candied Violets in the bedroom. The weather is lovely so we've had the windows open all day. Yay.

Candlefind TOTALLY just ate my post! LAME. In a nutshell -- I'm melting LOL Iced Lemon Biscotti and my package came.

The weather has been cool enough these past couple nights to open windows and actually use a blanket at night. Wonder of wonders. I'm melting LSC Raspberry Preserves and LOL Spazztastic Citrus Salad.

TGIF, definitely. I'm melting CYS Cuddle and SH Vanilla Pound Cake. Tomorrow morning DH and I are going to make an angel food cake, so I figure the vanilla pound cake scent is what we want. In other news, I feel like I have been waiting FOREVER for a package to arrive. It isn't wax, but the feeling is very much the same. It's supposedly coming via USPS, so every day I get excited when the mail arrives, only to find that it isn't here yet. It was shipped August 22, but from the UK, so I don't know how quickly the package is supposed to travel.

I've been melting through my stash faster since DH and I decided to move in December. Today's scent is LOL Sweet Commotion. Love it! In other news, today is the beginning of the NFL season, which, more importantly, is the beginning of the fantasy football season!!! Huzzah!! (my avatar here is my team logo for fantasy football, that's the connection) We don't have cable so I follow the games using a radio subscription plus ESPN live scoring. AWESOME.

Yes, it is very good news. This will put me about an hour's drive away from the university campus where I have an unfinished degree, as opposed to halfway across the country. I have really felt the distance being all the way out here, and am looking forward to making progress on my degree in an easier living situation. Today I'm melting LSC Cake Batter Ice Cream and Can-Do Peach Magnolia Raspberry.

My latest scents have been CYS Candy Girl and Can-Do Lavender Silk. DH and I recently found out that we'll be moving halfway across the country in December, so I'm on continued wax lockdown at least until then. I won't get through my whole stash in that time, but I can avoid adding to what we'll have to move and even reduce it a bit.
