Hi there...haven't posted here in forever. I have been melting although not as much as I used to. Definitely haven't been ordering an new wax. Today I put VCS Autumn in Salem in the warmer and got zero scent. These are from last August so should be cured long ago. I just don't have the best luck with her bakery or fall scents. The fruity blends usually throw alright. So then I f switched to TBG Widow's Walk and didn't like it melted. It smelled like a Lush Snow Fairy dupe with a heavy dose of clove added. It was awful.... I wish she would put in the scent description that it's Snow Fairy because I don't like that scent and never would have ordered it. I had another clam from her in a different scent, but I know it contained Snow Fairy. Again, scent description had no clue that was in the blend. Now I have a favorite from Front Porch melting...14 Karat Cake...so yummy...always a winner. So glad I finally found something that worked! Everyone take care...hope you are all doing well

Hi friends! Melting FP Pumpkin Pecan Waffles-so yummy! All this talk about children going back to college and moving away is making me feel so sad!!! I am going to be a basket case when my DS leaves for basic training in January! Now my youngest is starting high school on Monday and I can't believe it! Where have all the years gone??? ????????

Hey friends! Happy Friday! Just enjoying my first cup of coffee and put a chunk from an SGA loaf in my melter. It's got orange sherbet, whipped cream, pineapple and birthday cake I believe. I'm on a mission to finish some of these loaf pans I have! Not much planned today..hot & sticky so maybe we'll go in the pool and I have a book I want to finish. Did I mention that I am no longer working? I just couldn't do the retail thing anymore so I told Target "Adios!" In a nutshell, it was the hours, being on my feet constantly, young know it all team leaders who play favorites and constantly changing the rules that got to me. It just got to the point where I dreaded going to work. Many of my co-workers were really nice which made it bearable for me but I just decided it was time to go. So there you have it.

Hiiiiiiiii!!!!! Melting 1/2 of a scent shot from Vintage Road ~ Maple Bourbon Brioche. It's a yummy maple bakery scent. I really like it because the maple isn't too overwhelming!

Hi friends Just burning a votive tonight. I think it's YC Home Sweet Home. Dabba, I think you're right about the heat! We have the ac on and somehow none of my melts have given off much scent. I don't remember this happening before but I think I've also got candle nose from all the years I've been melting.

Forgot to say that I have been known to just toss a tart here and there if I don't think I'll ever reach for it. Yes, DH's do the same thing...men and teens have some very annoying ways! Melting CFTKR Vanilla Pumpkin Marshmallow... a sample from my last order. It's good but I feel like the scent is fading. Too lazy to put something else on lol.

Melting a couple fruity bakery blends tonight Southern Twang - Jolene(strawberry white cake, cc frosting, southern vanilla) Sweet Sopple Wax - Soul Cake (fresh danish, orange zest, cream cheese frosting) Both of these were sent to me by a sweet cf gal! Thank you they smell delicious!

Having some coffee before I get ready for work. Melting something from VCS...it's zb, vbn, marshmallow and bd cake. Can't remember what it's called! I must need lots more coffee. DS#1 had a car accident and smashed up the front of DH's car Tuesday. So glad he was not hurt and the guy he hit was fine too, but UGH!!!! Thankfully no ticket. He was quite shook up which made me upset too. DH is out of town working and all DS kept saying was "Dads gonna kill me!" Poor kid. Off to work soon...

I don't have a clue what happened to Crosscreek candlelove Melting tonight from VCS is The Drive-In/Notorious/Bold Eyes & Red Lips...lots of fruitiness blended with cotton candy frosting is what I'm getting! I really like this combination! Getting pretty good scent throw too. Nice.

Most of the time I'll melt a couple of new ones before I set the rest aside to cure. Right now I think my oldest wax is from last summer plus a few Christmas tarts that are from a couple years ago. Well off to Kohl's and grocery shopping. I have a 30% off Coupon for Kohl's that expires soon! ????
