Thanks everyone for the well-wishes for our pup. He's doing much better today. We finally figured out that he ate a lizard, and it didn't agree with him. And Sweet, you're right. Mom always gets the gross jobs. No melts today, we're finishing up some projects, and then out to have some family fun. Have a great day everyone!

Good morning! I'm starting the day with Haley's "Apple Jack and Peel" - a favorite for sure. I spent the morning cleaning up dog barf. Ugh. One of the joys of having a small dog with a sensitive tummy - when he isn't feeling well, he REALLY lets us know it! I'm off for a quick grocery run, and then spending the day with family. I just put on CFTKR's "Pumpkin Cream Cheese Roll," and it smells lovely. It is just a really nice fall bakery scent.

Probably Bubblegum Noel. I like bubblegum scents. Apple Jack and Peel or Apple Corn Muffins?

In the kitchen, lots of cooking smells. I've got chicken soup and chicken/broccoli alfredo going now, and I'm about to start some chili. Some is for my freezer, some for my inlaws' freezer. I'm really seeing the time savings that batch cooking brings! In the living room I'm melting 'Bunny Slope' from CBV. I don't love it, but I like it. Almond scents always smell a bit like play-doh to my nose.

Congrats to your daughter, Laurie! I'm burning a three-wick candle from MVP called 'Ocean Breeze'. It is fairly strong, and everybody likes the scent. Salty air, clean and fresh. Thumbs up!

Melting Kim's "Fall Harvest" in the living room, and BH&G "Sugared Kiwi Melon" in the bathroom. I have a crock pot full of red sauce cooking, so no melts in the kitchen until later. Have a great night!

This week's menu: Monday - Bowtie pasta with red sauce and spicy Italian sausage. I'll probably make a salad, and there will be garlic knots, too. Tuesday - Black beans and rice, grilled chicken. Tortillas etc. Wednesday - Chicken Alfredo with pasta and grilled veggies. Thursday - Chili and corn bread. Friday - Pizza night! also roasted potatoes and a salad.

Still melting CFTKR's "Vanilla Sugar Waffle Cone" in the living room, and burning a three-wick "Vanilla Cake" candle from Simple Living. Smells lovely and cozy. Melting CFTKR's "Lemon Noel" in my room, but I'm not sure how I like it. I mostly get a fresh lemon scent, which isn't really what I was looking for right now. Have a great night everyone!

Depends. I've always made mine with cocoa, sugar, vanilla, and milk. However, if I make it from packets (rarely, but it does happen) I will use water. Those packets already have powdered milk in 'em, right? Of course, either one is just a vehicle for marshmallows. Have you all tried hot chocolate with the new peppermint flavored marshmallows? The person below me likes their ice cream in a dish, instead of a cone.

Marshmallow Zucchini Bread Fresh Orange Juice or Hot Apple Cider?

Yesterday's melt was BH&G "Peppermint Candy", and it smelled great. Clean and fresh minty goodness. I just put on "Vanilla Sugar Waffle Cones" from CFTKR, and it is deeee-licious! Really, really, good vanilla bakery scent.

L - Lemon Noel

Still melting CFTKR "Vanilla Pine Cones" in the living room. Very long lasting, and such a nice scent. I just put on BH&G "Wildberry Cheesecake" in my bedroom, and it smells amazing (as always.) I also have someone's "Gain Apple Mango Tango type" going in the bathroom. No label, but I recognize the scent.

I'm starting the day with a remelt of CFTKR's "Vanilla Pine Cones", leftover from last night. I really wish that I had ordered another bag of this scent - it's going to go fast!

I just swapped out my living room melter. 'Leaves' was starting to die down after 14 hours, so I thought it was time for a change. Now melting 'Vanilla Pine Cones' from CFTKR, and I'm loving it.

You can do it! When I am trying to use up my bath and body collection, I try to organize it by type and scent. When I see that I have four vanilla foody body butters, or three minty scrubs, it is easier to pass up an etailer's sale. Keep us posted on your progress!
