You guys are cracking me up! I was wondering if 420 smelled like 420 feet under Lake Superior or somethin'. Sounds weird to me, like gunky stuff you'd need to wash off.

 

Those GG scent names are hysterical! I can imagine the conversations... "Yeah, I'm working on Porn Star in Pink Panties at my house. What's going on at your place?"

Tonight melting

 

AMS- Energy Spa- from the morning, still going

Blue Gecko- Bellisima Bella- very nice

LOL- Egg Nog cream puffs- too bad this one is discontinued, it is medium throw, but very pleasant scent, I would reorder it.

Jules and Denim, I have been looking at Grumpy Girl and laughing my butt off at the scent descriptions! I was going to order from Crosscreek, but have now decided those look like much more fun! Plus I just found a great deal on three little tealight melters on ebay with tulip cutouts-- all three for 12.95 with free shipping! So, since I have one MIL that is an old hippy, I thought I would get one of those and some 420 for her, I think she will love it! Plus some All Nighter for my mom, and some Booty Call and Porn Star in Pink Panties for me.... and Mother's Day shopping is done! Thanks girls for getting me going!

I haven't needed to change out scents yet - these are all long lasting scents so they are still going, if not as strong as they were the first few hours. The only one I mught change out is the EE Snow Storm because I'm sure that's done by now although I haven't gone in the LR lately to find out.

Good evening! Tonight's melt is Peach Jam Cheesecake.

Melting from Can-do Raspberry Tomato leaf. I wasn't sure i would like this but it's fantastic. i can actually smell the tomato then the raspberry. A definate reorder.

Very busy day here. Just melting Can Do Cinnamon Bun in 2 melters. No throw yet.

All these posts about 420 made me melt a cube of it that a CF buddy sent me. This does smell like maryjane that some yard guy that worked for my Mom planted in her yard back in the 70's. This is some potent GG stuff.

I inhaled it, and now I have the muchies.

Also melting LOL Victorian Garden and Can-Do Wintergreen.

Tonight it's Green Bamboo from YC. I really enjoy this scent when I melt it.

Last scents of the night for me are:

 

K - Banana Kiwi - CD - An awesome strong scent - best banana scent I've smelled so far

 

LR - Surprisingly, EE's Snow Storm is still strong enough for me to smell it when I walk in - I had used two of the tarts since they are smaller ones. Probably lasting so long because of the lower heat of that Colonial combo melter, which I guess is sometimes a good thing.

 

BR - Lemon Lavender - YC - After all the talk about this scent on here lately I decided to go dig one out of my YC stash and you all are right - this is an awesome scent and the tart is strong - don't know how strong the candle would be in comparison though.

 

I have only the two Illuminations votives burning in the bathroom now - they are almost done. Not such a big fan of their Lavender but the Acacia is a good one - too bad I won't be able to get more of it, although I do have a jar too.

BR - Lemon Lavender - YC - After all the talk about this scent on here lately I decided to go dig one out of my YC stash and you all are right - this is an awesome scent and the tart is strong - don't know how strong the candle would be in comparison though.

 

 

In my opinion the tart is stronger than the jar, but I had an illuma-lid on the whole time. The throw would probably improve if I took it off.

You guys are cracking me up! The munchies!!!! Hey, there was a vendor who made a pizza scented tart....wonder if that would cure the munchies!!!!???? I think it was Brown Bag or CBV....hehe

 

I have my Goose Creek Spice Cake candle lit this morning....it's very rainy and gloomy outside right now....I am loving the candlelight!

 

I also just lit my two flowerpot votives from Lakeshore Candle....scent is Michigan Cherry. I'll report back on the scent later.

Harvest - Sunshine Scents. These melts are alos 5+ years old, but different story. Great scent throws still. I put Butter Cookie on last night and it was still going this morning - delicious!

The ones I have from Sunshine Scents have held up very well. I'm glad, because I have a bunch. I also have some very old LOL melts that have held up well. I'm still wanting to go ahead and get through these, though.

Good morning

 

I barely made it out of the bed. I got fever, runny nose, sore throat.....

 

I decided not to go to work. I will take my laptop to the bed and work from there so I won't miss any hours at work.

 

Not sure if I could melt something, what is it going to do to my nose and throat, right now I am remelting Eggnog cream Puffs from LOL.
