Need to change it out as it’s lovely scent is finally too faint. Also, been melting a homemade Lemon Colada in the laundry room for several days and it’s still throwing enough. I have been too busy to restock my warmers, but it’s all going to change this evening. Yesterday for DD#1’s birthday we went to the Desert Botanical Gardens and then to dinner, and Monday for DD#2’s birthday, I made a requested meal at home. We’ve really had a nice visit. I most always get searched, so I’m used to it and really don’t mind, not always my carry-on, but always my body because I wear a rose quartz necklace when I travel. Somehow that makes me suspicious. Maggie ~ Sorry Spring Break is almost over for you. For us it’s next week, and same as birthday week. Tomorrow both girls are coming and DD#1 is bringing her new boyfriend. I met him in January. He is super sweet and things seem to be moving very fast for them. I’m happy for her! He’s offered to drive her out here so that they can take back a chair and ottoman I’m giving her. It’s one of the few things we took out of the house furniture-wise. I ended up finding a new one for my meditation room, so had this one cleaned for her. Amy ~ Glad you are home sweet home! Hello, friends. Last night it was off to the airport again. A quick weekend with DD#2, made even shorter with the four-hour delay Friday night. We made the best of it though. I’ve learned to take my wax bags out like my iPad, and then I’m less likely to be searched. They still owe me a big jar of natural peanut butter, though. Several years ago I sent DH back to AZ with one and they confiscated it. Susan ~ Peony is my favorite flower. I miss my one little lone Peony in New Mexico. It gave me a couple of beautiful bouquets of fresh peonies every May. Reminded me of my early childhood sniffing them at Grandma’s house and watching the little ants crawl over them to help them open up. Where did the time go? Reminds me I started a cart over there yesterday, but then remembered my only order from her a few years ago was so unimpressive, 20-25 chunks that were only average throw-wise, and that was with plenty of cure time. Hi there. Aria ~ Sounds like you’ve got a lot going on. No wonder you’re in a funk. Hugs to you! I’ve never done a ton on social media, but a couple of years ago it got to be too much and I pretty much unfollowed all people I personally knew, other than my DH and girls (and none do much there either). Information overload. Only the inspirational stuff and wax pictures stayed. Yesterday I sorted through some of my mongo Super Tarts stash and melted a few whose scent was corroding the clamshell, so that I could repackage them. Bob, Linda, and Tina from Bob’s Burgers were awesome. And I also did Impossible Girl and Corpsman. I haven’t changed any of those out yet, but have added... VCS The Clairvoyant ~ Açaí Pomegranate Cranberry Ginger Ale ~ I got a good whiff as it was starting to melt, but now that that whole leaf is melted, I’m sitting right next to it and don’t really smell it. But if I walk out of the room and come back, then I do. Sonoma Tropical Paradise ~ Okay for a clean scent, but not my cup of tea.
