Jules, they are so cute when they are in beginners band. I remember years ago attending one of my nephew's concerts. We really did have all we could do to supress the chuckles particularly with the string section. lol

I know I just read that someone melted Can Do's Cornbread and loved it...glad to hear it...I ordered one and mine came yesterday. I scrolled to find out who melted this and my eyes must be playing tricks on me cause I can't find it.

French Lavender Vanilla from Canopy - got this one from walmart and Yep, Can't smell a thing It smells soooo good cold... How can a candle smells so good cold and then nothing when you burn it ????????

Olive: The Santa's Cup of Joe from Bella's Candles and Tarts is a duplicate of this scent.

It's so interesting how the kids progress from year to year. Our oldest was in orchestra and the youngest in Band. The first year or so, some of the music was like "nails on chalkboard". By the time the oldest was a senior, the concerts were so beautiful and the music very moving.

This morning I am melting CCCC-Peppermint Bark. This smells really good, but I have trouble with Chocolate scents.

I'm getting my first gift together for my Massage guy. I'm getting a "Candy Cane" massage this afternoon, so I should smell good...

tunisianswife, I just made regular fudge using semi-sweet chocolate chips, sugar, evaporated milk and mini marshmallows. I got the recipe from a friend years ago.

 

No time to start a new melt before work so I'm re-melting Homespun Sugar from last night. This is such a nice scent.

Denim, I've wondered the same thing. Or how a candle can have a cold sniff and you burn it once(with no throw) and not have anymore cold sniff! lol that is what happened with my last 4 jars of YC. they all went back. and they were double wicked tumblers 22 oz.

 

Aria, never tried AC. that gingerbread sounds yum.

 

switched over the LR melter to SSS vanilla buttercrunch. last two of the bag. good and yummy but just doesn't last a long time.

me too. I love it for the bath and bedroom and actually I do like YC lilac blossom. I have one left.

 

good eve, all. took the pups out for a nice brisk walk in the park. the lake had a thin layer of ice around the edges. so pretty even though the trees are bare. It's one of our favorite places to be anytime of the year.

 

Melting Cheryl's sleigh bells in the LR. Not sure what this scent is. lol I thought I smelled a hint of peppermint so also lit CBV peppermint bark. burning CBV all is bright in the kitchen, Nene's stella type in the bath, and CBV fresh laundry candle on the melter. Can't believe that wax still has so much scent left into it.
