Hi there everyone! I have been a lurker for a while and finally decided to join. Like many candle/melt/tart lovers, I wanted to break free from buying mostly YC candles/tart and Candlefind has given me a lot of great recommendations. I am not much into bakery scents, mostly like clean/outdoors/citrus scents. I do change what I burn with the season though.

I am currently on a quest for the best lemon scent ever in a candle. Not anything too sweet.

I know you don't really care for bakery, but Busy Bee's and NeNe's Lemon Bundt Cake scents are wonderful! Also, Haley's Heavenly Scents has a Lemon Drop scent that is just a nice, smooth, clean lemon scent. ( :

Darn it! I just ordered from Haley's on Thursday and saw Lemon Drop but was afraid it would be too sweet so I skipped it. Wouldn't you know, Janet sent my order out today.

The Lemon Cake ones are definitely sweet, but the one from NeNe's isn't too strong with the sweetness, and the Busy Bee one is buttery and it's my favorite! ( :

 

I place mulitple orders with Janet all the time--free shipping allows me to order from her a lot! lol

 

I think she is sending me 4 orders in one box ! lol

Have you ever tried Hey Sugar from LOL? I think that is a great lemon scent. My DD says it smell like a lemon scented nilla wafer. :) So it is somewhat sweet but subtle.
