No official waxperiments this summer, but I did learn that when a camper stops quickly, even half a melt will splatter all over the place. I also learned that Can-do melts are super easy to clean out of a sink. Doh! My LSC order was delivered today in the avalanche of mail. What a welcome sight. Tonight I'm melting LSC Berry Brulee. Wonderful scent.

I was a day late and a dollar short on the reopen, so I'm putting all of my hope in her staying open regularly. Her soaps are my favorite and they get bought up so quickly. I have trouble with scrubs shipping in the heat too...more so than wax, for sure. I'd say wait until it's cooler, but that could be a long time since it's only July.

I'm finally back home. The house smells like a candle shop after being closed up for so long. DS says this is what we smell like to other people. I don't know how I feel about that. Love this thread title. Scent sprays are a great idea, Mala, my fellow camper. I finally got to melt Luscious Lemon from Can-do last night. It was wonderfully stormy outside so we played UNO and listened to the acorns and rain falling on the roof. Happy Canada Day! Not melting yet, but Can-do Strawberry Shortcake is all ready to go.

I'm glad your CP soap still smells fresh. I've had good luck with the old CP bars standing the test of time.

We're in a camper on I-95, and I'm trying to figure out if I can get a melter going. The interstate is very bumpy, but I'm a desperate woman on the edge. I'm a waxtastrophy waiting to happen. So far I'm making due with cold sniffs of a container of LOL and Can-do bakery type melts.

I received a newsletter saying that Haunt will reopen July 9 and what's even better...Erin is planning on staying open full time instead of opening for seasonal restocks. I think that's the best news ever!

Things are getting back to normal here. TS Debby was the main focus for the past few days. We had some yard and street flooding here, but thankfully no water came in the house. I'm glad it's finally moving on. Other parts of Florida got way worse flooding and I sure feel for them. Tonight I'm melting LSC - Sticky Buns (from my swap buddy) so good. and Nene's - Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Right now I'm catching up on Design Star tv show from earlier this week. Anyone else watch that?
