Right? It's great they have a lot of candle sales, but not helping to my addiction at all! I meant to sniff that one last time I was in the store and completely forgot to look for it. Oh well, guess I need to go back... Tonight melting Wylde Ivy Pumpkin Masquerade and the last of a mini B&BW Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin that's stuck in the bottom of the glass candle holder, just out of reach. Oops.

I'm a jumping on the B&BW Pumpkin Carving bandwagon as well :D The 2 for $22 sale started up again this morning, so I made sure to grab a couple more before they disappear!

The friend who was watching my cat while I was out of town asked for a candle that would work well in the house he shares with his buddy, so I left him a small tumbler of YC Harvest. He's burned almost all the way through it in less than a week and asked me to pick out his next candle. I'm thinking YC Autumn Wreath might be a good choice, since he likes cinnamon and apple scents Inspired by my friend, I'm melting YC Harvest this evening, plus a mini B&BW Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin.

Great title, Trep! Laurie, argh! I meant to go look for Payday candy bars on sale today and totally forgot. They're my favorite Burning B&BW Applewood Bonfire tonight.

My bag finally showed up at 3:00 Just got home from work and fired up B&BW Pumpkin Carving, plus a mini of Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin. Sweet, I have the DVR all set! No trick or treaters yet... kinda worried since I think I only had two last year Hope everyone is having a good evening!

Just got back from a biz trip to New York late last night, but my luggage didn't quite make it so sitting here waiting for the guy to deliver it as I still have to put in at least a couple hours at the office today I did manage to score a last-minute ticket to sit in the audience at "The Chew" tv show yesterday, and it was loads of fun. They keep you hyped up and clapping and dancing the entire time My catsitter only came by once a day so there's a lingering catbox-y odor. I've been burning B&BW Lakeside for a few hours now to freshen up the place

I'm sorry :( Swung by B&BW today to swap out a couple candles I bought at the outlet and didn't love when I got home for Snowday and another Pumpkin Carving, but they were all out of Pumpkin Carving already :o I ended up getting 'Tis the Season for a friend who likes spicy apple scents. Another warmish evening here so I have Glade Fall Hayride going.

Debra, how sweet the kitties were looking out for you! I started melting TDC Bohemian Sunrise but didn't care for it (too perfumey), so swapped it out just now for B&BW Summertime S'mores.

Debra, oh no! I hope you're not in too much discomfort. Yes, trying to function one-handed with a cast is a lesson in frustration :( Spent the day with my godson at the Science of Star Wars exhibit. Very fun to see all the props and costumes close up, like being a little kid again :D Burning B&BW Pumpkin Hayride but kind of wishing I'd picked something else because it's a bit too heavy for the warm evening.

Laurie, I'm so sorry to hear about your friend. It's so hard to bear when the truly amazing people in this world are taken. Seems like this year has been especially filled with bad news in that way :( Thank you for your kind words about Koosh. Weirdly, I don't get much throw at all from the Glade Fall Hayride, even in my small living room. I like it a lot though and need to pick up a few more before they disappear! Burning B&BW Pumpkin Hayride this evening, which is turning out to be quite warm still.

Trep, Yay! Such great news about DH LOL! I do the same thing and they're literally in and out in about 30 seconds after looking at nothing but the smoke detectors and maybe under the kitchen sink (freshly laid with new liner, of course! ;) ) Melting Ten Digit Creations Purple Sandalwood tonight. A little perfumey, but pleasant.

Aria, good to hear you enjoyed Gravity. I'm really anxious to see it soon--seems like it needs to be a big-screen experience. Biolaeagles, ugh, I'm sorry you're not getting much sleep. Hi Candle friends, I'm sad to say that my kitty Koosh passed away yesterday. She adamantly refused to cooperate with the sub-q fluid process, so the kidney disease progressed pretty rapidly and by yesterday morning I could see she was having a lot of discomfort and it was time. She lived a good long 15 years and will be missed! Mpfand and MaggieMae, I really hope the shutdown mess is resolved soon for your families' sakes. So very unfair! Tonight B&BW Applewood Bonfire is going in the living room and YC Harvest is going in the bedroom. Good combo.

Tonight burning Glade Fall Hayride. Nice, but light throw so far. I bought this at Target on my lunch today so it sat in the hot backseat all afternoon and made my car smell strongly of cloves, though I don't get cloves from the candle itself. Weird! :huh: Hope everyone is having a good evening!
