Our candle boxes have become increasingly popular, and we’ve even had the fortune of selling out of the Flicker & Flame for a few months straight! Now that the August boxes have now been shipped out, it’s time we show you exactly what was included!
About Our Box Reveals
We don’t discuss the full content of our boxes until they have shipped out, as we don’t want to spoil the surprise. After boxes have started to leave our doors, we post our monthly box reveal, going through all the contents of each box type in detail. It’s our opportunity to explain the meaning behind the current month’s theme, how we choose products for the boxes, and to give you some more details on each specific product included. If you have not yet received your box and still want to be surprised, we advise you to stop reading now. Some of you still may not have your boxes, yet you’re anxious to see what’s inside. Theme: No Dyes Allowed
We’ve had lots of color and bling in our candle subscription boxes, so we thought it was high time to step it back and go au naturale. The products in these boxes did not have any dyes added to the wax. Some of them may have had a bit of glitter or sprinkles (hey, we had to add some color), but otherwise, these products are all dye-free!

The products have a bit of embellishment on the top, but that’s ok – sometimes eye candy brings us inner peace, too.
We currently offer handmade candles, sprays, and wax melts with plans to continue diversifying our product line as we grow but always sticking to our foundation: all-natural, handmade products that inspire and empower.

It’s a Lovysworld, and we’re all living in it. These sugar cookie wax melts look and smell SO realistic, it’s absolutely unbelievable. Yeah, we could have gotten the sugar cookie wax melts without the icing on top, but, then again…why would we?

This luxurious indie wax company has calmed our hectic nerves many a day. It was time we shared the beauty of these soy wax candles with our Luxe box customers. The fragrances revolve around the theme of Caribbean culture, with clean-burning, long-lasting candles to help do the trick.
I wanted to create a company that pays homage to my roots, honors the wonderful woman who helped to shape me and when alive was the leader of my inner sister circle with my mom of course. I want this company to encourage excellence. The tag line walk in your light encourages women to share their story of excellence, innovation, how they have overcome an obstacle or even if they just want to be part of a community that is positive. With each candle, the customer receives the candle in a beautiful purple box with motivational words written on the side of the box and a thank you note that asks them to share their story on the written card and then snap a picture to post on social media.

Bayou Burns

We’ve had Bayou Burns on our radar it seems like forever, and we were not disappointed once we tried them out. This indie candle company is based in Texas and they have some of the cutest, most clever scent names we’ve seen. The scents are fabulous, to boot! We hope all our wax friends come to love this company as much as we do.
The Burlap Barn Company

There is plenty of color to be found in this indie shop based in the great state of Virginia, but we opted for their wonderful clamshell wax melts to introduce our audience to this company. They have a wonderful variety in their Etsy shop, along with some bath/body goods that are just to die for.
MKC Candles

Maria of MKC Candles delighted us so much with her Summertime Shandy fragrance, we had to find a way to get her in our boxes. Her soy melts are highly fragranced and reasonably priced. This shop has become another one of our new-found favorites!
I started MKC Candles LLC in June 2020 both as a quarantine hobby, as well as wanting to make a difference in the world that was going through so much. I made (and currently, still make) all products in my at-home kitchen and started selling to friends and family.
I am the sole maker of all products and I believe that the more natural a product is, the better it is for everyone and for the environment. I have a wide range of products: 6.0oz standard glass container candles, 10oz hand cut wine bottle container candles that I cut myself, 6.0oz cement vessel candles, as well as hand made soaps and wax melts. All candles and melts are made with 100% all natural soy wax, as well as phthalate-free fragrance oils and essential oils.

So while we had no color in the wax in these boxes, we certainly kept it far from boring! We included a bunch of wonderful companies that we hope each and every one of our customers will enjoy.
