  1. Denny, It's always nice when your kids complement you on a scent, instead of . Barbara Barbita,
  2. Melting CFTKR - Cherry Vanilla Swirl. My youngest DS says it reminds him of Maraschino cheeries. It is a nice moderately strong scent.
  3. Hi Barbita, It's nice to be back, although I had a great time in Ohio visiting with family and friends. As for LOL's Dole Whip - I was really liking it, but about 45mins. into the melt it began to have a waxy undertone IMO. :?
  4. This morning I'm melting LOL - Dole Whip.
  5. My Crossroads Candle - Sugar Cookie has been going strong all evening. Good night everyone!
  6. I'm back from my two week visit in Ohio! Burning Crossroads Candles - Sugar Cookie. This candle is totally awesome! I love the strong scent and the throw is great! It burns nicely too. I 'm in heaven! :P I found a wide selection of the 26oz size Crossroads Candles in a Smucker's Store & Cafe while driving through Amish Country in Ohio. The cold smell of Sugar Cookie was so good and incredibly strong, I had to buy it. I wrapped it in two layers of bubble wrap before putting it in my carry on bag for the flight home. I could actually smell the candle through the bag!
  7. Puppylove, Being from Southern California as well, I couldn't agree with you more! Where I am we generally don't get above 100 until August and even then it isn't everyday. We rarely get above 105. But for me anything over 95 degrees is too hot. The swimming pool and A/C are constantly in use after June!
  8. I will continue to burn SH- Mixed Berry Crumble today. Nice soothing scent.

    Hi!

    Sweetgrl, Welcome to the Forum!
  16. Melting LOL-Green Apple Caramel Crunch. Wish I could smell more of the apple, but it's still YUMMY!
  17. I also want to thank you Skylar. I love flower gardens. I have lots of roses and perennials. I found my avatar online but one of these days I'll take a picture from my flower garden like Katz and display it. By the way Katz, your flowers are beautiful.
  18. Just got home from work and I'm melting SH - Berry Lemon Bundt Cake. I just love it! A wonderful strawberrry lemon blend and OH SO STRONG!
  19. Denise, I also like Pure Integrity jar candles. My favorites for strength and throw are Vanilla, Vanilla Almond, Lemon Meringue Pie and Papaya Passion. I also like Autumn Splendor and Raspberry Lemonade but they are not as strong and are listed on the website as "moderate" in strength. Their customer service is great! I really like Gold Canyon too. I found out about them through our Forum. What I have tried so far and really like are Banana Nut Bread, Casaba Melon Sunset, and Sugar Cookie. The cold sniff from Pineapple Coast is very strong, but I haven't burned it yet. If you can find a local demo, you can sample the scents before buying. Check their website for a demo near you. I've had good experiences with Spotted Hog candles as well. The website is nice and there are a lot of scents to choose from. With Spotted Hog and Pure Integrity I like to try their melts first. But, I do find that the tarts/melts are almost always stronger than the candle. So for me the tart/melt needs to be really strong with a good throw before I will purchase a candle in that scent. :)
  20. This evening I was burning SH - Banana Nut Bread jar candle. Ymmm! Now, I'm burning GC - Sugar Cookie jar candle. Ymmm! :)
  21. Melting PI jar candle - Vanilla Almond. I've been on a vanilla kick lately. I actually prefer melting this jar candle in my crock style melter rather than burning it. The scent carries into multiple rooms with high ceilings! If you like almond this one is great!
  22. Welcome to our forum!!!
  23. This evening I'm melting what is left of my PI jar candle - Vanilla.
