First Impressions of My Chrome Candle 
Mmmm!! That was my first response to smelling Chrome from Scentsational Soaps & Candles. And just a FYI… don’t mistake this company for ScentSational’s that sells melts at Walmart. This is a totally different company that sells a plethora of candles in a nice variety of styles and fragrances. I reviewed a few candles late in 2016… review here if you want to read it.
I saved Chrome for last so I could enjoy it during spring, I liked it that much. It smelled masculine and FRESH!! My favorite kind of scent to burn during spring.

First impression when I smelled the wax… a sweet masculine citrus with marine and wood elements. It is very fresh and reminds me of a delicious masculine aftershave. Not too strong but a nice and fresh splash. I loved it!
Now let’s see how this candle performs.
How Did My Candle Perform?
I lit this candle in a small bathroom to start out and ended up leaving it there till the very end. I wanted maximum scent throw and definitely got that in a small room. Once the wick was lit, it took a good 15 minutes to reach a full melt pool but the fragrance started permeating my bathroom long before that and it was so nice!! The aroma smelled exactly as it did cold… a fresh and clean masculine scent. I keep going back to a light aftershave. That’s what it reminded me of.
Strength
This candle gave a pretty decent scent throw. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this candle a 10 in a small room. 6/7 in a medium sized room so I could have easily moved it to a bigger room and it would have been fine.
How Did My Candle Burn?
This candle burned great… no wick issues. Clean burning from start to finish. I just had to stay on top of wick trimming which is pretty normal.

I loved Chrome from Scentsationals and would totally purchase it again. If you love fresh masculine scents, I know you’ll like this one. It made me smile every time I walked into the room it was burning in.
