First Impressions of My Sugary Lollipop Candle 
I’ve been eyeing Sugary Lollipop from Madison Valley for about a year now and lucky me, I finally had the opportunity to try it. I’m drawn to this scent. I’m sure the bright red wax that I know will be gorgeous to watch burning played a factor in it but it was pretty much the name that sold me. Every lollipop scent I’ve tried in the past has been amazing and once I read the scent description… I had to have it.

Yes, me! I’m a fan of cake pops!! Right there I imagined sweet white cake centers with sugary frosting on top. YUM!! What was next? Ripe berries – check! Sugar – check!! Only it’s not hints of sugar, it’s lots of sugar. When I first put my nose up to the wax, I smelled berries the most, a scent that reminded me of sweet candy more than cake pops. My 13 year old son smelled the candle too and agreed… tart and sugary candy that reminded him of sweet tarts. I can totally see the correlation.
Now let’s see how this candle performs.
How Did My Candle Perform?
I lit this candle in my master bedroom to start out and am happy to report… the scent throw was amazing in a large room. Once the wicks were lit, it took a good 20 minutes to reach a full melt pool but the aroma started drifting throughout my bedroom within minutes of lighting the wicks. The scent… STRONG!! Just to give you an idea… after I lit the wicks, I didn’t go back to my bedroom to check on it for a while but about 15 minutes later, I started smelling this berry scent in my living room and soon realized where it was coming from. The aroma from this candle not only filled my bedroom, open bathroom, it also filled the entire upper level of my home. It was THAT strong!!
The scent…. a sweet berry candy fragrance that definitely had a “sassy kick” to it, exactly like the description boasted. My entire house smelled like a bright and tangy red lollipop candy. Loved it!!
Strength
I would rate this candle a 10 across the board in any size room. Super strong scent throw. LOVED!!
How Did My Candle Burn?
This candle burned perfect. Zero wick issues. Clean burning from start to finish. I just had to stay on top of wick trimming which is pretty standard with any candle.
Closing To My Sugary Lollipop Candle Review
I loved Sugary Lollipop just like I knew I would. I’ve always been a sucker for sweet candy scents though… no pun intended. This fragrance was just about perfect – sweet and tart red lollipops – the kind that turn your mouth a bright red. YUM!!!!
Definitely check this scent out if you love that type of scent. I loved it.
