Just like ScentSationals, the wonderful wax melts from Better Homes & Gardens can be found at your local Walmart. They have an array of scents available, and if you love bakery you’re sure to find some ones to love. Take the Butterscotch Maple Cream wax melts for one…they are fantastic!

Packaging/Presentation

The Butterscotch Maple Cream wax melts were in a clamshell style packaging with scent and company names clearly displayed on the lid. On the packaging, there was a slice of moist looking cake with a butterscotch glaze…mmmm, yummy! My wax melts were a golden yellow color, perfect and in keeping with the scent.

Authenticity

Mmmmmm!!!! First sniff…a super sweet and bakery butterscotch scent. Creamy and delicious. I loved it the moment I popped open the lid. There was nothing fake or chemically with this one…just a delicious bakery scent.

Even though this scent is butterscotch, it’s not overpoweringly so. It had the perfect balance of butterscotch, pie crust with maple… all three were blended perfectly.

Scent Strength & Scent Throw

Boy was this scent strong. On a scale of 1 to 10, this was a 9, easily. I used the entire clamshell in 2 melters in my great room. (3 cubed per melter) – – it took just a few minutes to start noticing the fragrance and within 10 minutes, total room saturation. This scent is so delicious!!!! You’ll want to grab a glass of milk and eat the wax!

Super strong and super long lasting. I had this going in my melters all day and followed up the next day with another power session.

Closing To My Review

I totally recommend the Butterscotch Mapler Cream wax melts if you love bakery scents. It’s a keeper…I’ll be buying more for sure! There are some stores that still carry this scent, so you have to search. Snap them up if you find them. They are hard to find in stock on the Walmart.com website, but you may have some luck on 3rd party sites like Poshmark, eBay, or even Amazon.
