First impression of Frosted Pumpkin Cake:
Frosted Pumpkin Cake was the most darling candle! The vessel was shaped like a tall pumpkin with the cutest matching lid with a curly stem on top. The wax was pure white and had two well centered wicks. The scent… mmm!! I smelled a spicy pumpkin bakery when I put my nose up to the wax. It smelled delicious.

It’s absolutely delicious! A warm and spicy pumpkin cake is just coming out of the oven.

Everything in that description sounds wonderful. Smelling the wax, my nose picked up on vanilla cake, pumpkin spice and vanilla frosting the most. The aroma is unmistakably pumpkin and my mouth was literally watering to light these wicks up! Which happens right now!
I decided to stay conservative and light my Frosted Pumpkin Cake candle in a small room. Perfect choice! Once the wicks were lit, it took a good half an hour to reach a full melt pool but the aroma was present long before that and it smelled delicious. I smelled warm vanilla cake with the perfect touch of pumpkin, a hint of spice and even a nice dollop of vanilla frosting. It smelled delicious – just a little light.
Which brings me to strength – I would rate this candle a 5 out of 10 in a medium size room. 6/7 in a small room. Not super strong for this size candle but it did give a decent throw in a small room. SUPER darling candle though and a joy to watch burn. I love these pumpkin vessels. So festive and perfect for Fall.

This candle burned perfect. Zero wick issues. Clean burning from start to finish.
Closing to My Review:
Frosted Pumpkin Cake from Goose Creek was a joy to burn and a candle that smelled positively scrumptious. Just imagine lots of sweet cake, hints of pumpkin with plenty of frosting. YUM!! The only negative and it’s a minor one… the scent throw was a little light. When I love a fragrance, especially a bakery one, I want saturation strong. This candle was more suited to a small room, and if you don’t mind that, go for it!

Oh, this one is heaven! Perfect for this time of year, but honestly, I would love this scent any time. I agree with you Christina – the jar is so cute, and the white wax is gorgeous. Mine is throwing pretty well in my large living/dining/kitchen open area. Not super-strong, but the beautiful scent is definitely present throughout the space. I’ve had compliments from visitors!
