Good Morning Everyone! With my daughter's nutcracker performances winding down,we can now start to think about Christmas. This morning we've got going: YC cranberry peppermint jar-using it up YC shortbread cookie jar-again another using it up YC jack frost jar-finishing this one up. Scentsy-spiced grapefruit GC-candycorn BHG-sleigh ride I get so excited to buy new candles. Then when I get them,I hate to light them for the first time. Now that I've got several jars to finish up,I can't stand them. lol Anyone else like this too?

I keep seeing this about homemade tarts that everyone has been trying. Who is making them?

I still have a few here of hers(Judy,before she sold her shop). You can definately tell a difference in the wax. The newer wax that does'nt throw so well looks more of a frosted look. Perhaps soy? Do you have to let this brand cure? Who is Nest? Yep,mine were from about that time too! The very first time I ordered from CYS was with Judy a few years back. Those were strong!! Then she did something with the wax and then they were not nearly as strong. And well,since she sold her shop,I haven't purchased from them again. Cmarie-when did you last purchase from LSC? Mine did that and she said that she was going to change the pkging awhile back. But it just ruined it for me. Haven't purchased again. Kids went back to school today and so we celebrated with pink fruit loops by hhs. Our Wallyworld has just the new spring scents,of which nothing really appeals to me.. Plus with ordering from 3 new to me vendors,I really don't need more. I just need to clear my stash out and then order binge. Tonights melts while waiting for the Amazing Race to start are rootbeer scentsy pink birthday cake SS and trying my hand at melting a yc on the candle warmer I bought new at Goodwill. Dang does it take forever to get it to melt and smell anything. How are these things supposed to work anyhow?

Tonight were using up our late afternoon melts/votives etc. We've got going frosted zuch bread(too bad s&s aren't answering emails or messages)hmph! ocean votives cranberry chutney coffee icecream and 2 misc don't know what they are except for they are red and have no scent in them.lol Aria my pkg came.I really love them all,not a bad one in the bunch. Just wish I could afford to buy a few more bags,but buying 9 was a little much for me.

Thank you Trep,I might just pick it up next time I'm there.I was happy to see a new scent come out. I've loved their other scents such as the pumpkin one and apple spice.

Today were using up our stash again. Tax refund hit yesterday morning and I placed two orders already. At first I hated the thought and resented the fact that I had to use my stash up and not buy any wax.I always wondered when I first started here and saw others talking about using up their stashes. I always thought,how does one become like that? that they have just too many tarts lying around? Now I know,and well,I don't want to look like a wax hoarder and end up on some show.So far we've emptied about 3 1/2 drawers on a rolling cart that were packed full. Well,thats me and I've been plowing thru them,and what a freeling feeling that is. Today were using up: Wahms-cherry something,there was no label on the cookie tarts. fruit loop noel YC-burnning in one room sun and sand,beach walk and a coconut vanilla votive from B&bw.

the only one that I have in my cart that you've tried is the pumpkin pie one.lol yes I would love to know more about the others once you try them out. Would you say sunshine and laughter compares to a clean cotton scent? I am suprised that snickerdoodle does'nt have spice in it. And looking at country blessing I only see patchouli and coriander.I like the smell of blue sugar but blue's description sounds different than country blessings.. Descisions descisions. lol Tonight were burning YC beach walk,sun & sand,and beachwood together. Melting ccc coconut milk and lavender.. I am not a huge fan,but I am keeping the promise of using up my stash,untill that tax refund comes.. hehehe

Thank you Aria for the info. What other scents did you get besides harvest spice and pumpkin pie? With their pumpkin pie,Does it compare to another brand that I might have tried before? I've heard good things about this place and as soon as the tax refund shows up,I am ordering.
