First impression of Winter:

I hit so many amazing Bath & Body Works sales at the end of 2017 – they were too hard to resist and that especially goes for candles. Winter was a scent I wasn’t sure I had already reviewed but it turns out I hadn’t so yay!! Candle review, here we come!!

Here is the scent description from the bottom of the candle:

Sparkling clementine, pine needles, spiced clove.

Winter Clove? Yikes! I’m normally not a fan of anything that has clove in it since it’s usually too strong and harsh. Lucky for me, this candle didn’t smell harsh at all, it smelled fresh and wonderful. My nose picked up on pine and sweet clementine the most and it really was refreshing.

I liked it, now let’s see how this candle performs.

I lit this candle in my master bedroom to start out and that’s where it stayed till the last drop of wax. Once the wicks were lit, it took the average 20 minutes to reach a full melt pool but the scent was present long before that and it was everything I hoped it would be… a refreshing pine with the perfect touch of sweet orange. The blend was pretty balanced with pine standing out the most and clementine a close second. Loved it and can happily say it put a smile on my face every time I walked into my bedroom. Highly recommend this one.

Strength – I would rate this candle a 10 in any size room. Total room filler!! Loved it.

How did my candle burn?

This candle burned perfect. No wick issues. Clean burning from beginning to end.

Closing to my review:

Winter was a winner and one I highly recommend if you love the fresh scent of pine. The added clementine made it that much better and unique. I’ll definitely be purchasing this one again. Best scented candle
