First Impression:

I was so surprised when I saw these melts at my local Walmart and immediately bought the two fragrances they had. Toasted Almond I’m reviewing now and Papaya Guava (review forthcoming.) Both on cold sniff smelled AMAZING!!!!

Toasted Almond – oh my goodness, it smelled so creamy and delicious, you literally want to eat it when you smell the wax!! The almond was light but what I could smell, I’m almost at a loss to describe. I smelled a creamy and sweet vanilla, bakery bread notes, sugar, sweet cream with the perfect touch of almond all blended to perfection. I seriously moan every time I smell it!! I am a bakery lover – all the way – and am always searching for creamy and sweet vanilla fragrances. This vanilla lovers is a must try. Now it’s time to see how it performs melting.

Melting:

The container was flat and round with the inside compartment holding the wax shaped like a honeycomb. The wax itself was a creamy and soft soy wax. I used all 2.5oz (equally divided) in 2 melters in my great room… once melting… YUM!!!! The scent throw wasn’t super strong but gave a nice medium throw and boy was it delicious and smelled exactly as it did cold… a smooth, sweet, luscious – melt in your mouth – bakery vanilla scent. LOVED!!!!!!

Must. Have. More!

Seriously… more more more!! Bakery vanilla lovers… you need to try this one. Sweet and creamy, deliciously yummy vanilla!! Good luck finding it though. Maybe your Walmart will have it and if they do, I’ll be jealous. I haven’t found anymore since I purchased mine but if you look on Walmart’s website… they carry a ton more scents (available only in stores) that I would love to try and review. It’s finding them that will be the trick! The only negative I can add to this review and it’s minor… the scent only lasted about 5 hours. I was fine with that but if you prefer your melts to last a full day… that may be a deal breaker for you.

Go buy some!! Seriously!
