First impression of Rainbow Shaved Ice:

Rainbow Shaved Ice is a limited addition fragrance from ScentSationals and definitely worth checking out if you love sweet and fruity berry scents. The wax smelled exactly like shaved ice and it looked like it too with it’s bright Smurf blue wax and colorful label showing a picture of a big scoop of rainbow shaved ice with spoons buried in it. See picture above right. The label drew me in and once I smelled the wax, I knew I wanted to review it. I smelled a sweet and sugary candy type scent. Mmmm!! It simply sounded like a fun spring scent.

Let’s get melting!

Melting:

I used the entire clamshell pack (3 cubes each) in two electric melters in my great room. Once melting, it took about 10 minute before the aroma was really moving through my home and it smelled just as I hoped it would. The entire upper level of my home smelled like a sweet berry candy scent or Rainbow Shaved Ice, or jelly beans, or taffy or berry punch… take your pick. It’s just one of those scents you know would turn your mouth a bright Smurf blue if you ate it. Remember those candies and popsicles? I do.

What a fun fragrance this turned out to be and will for sure pick up some more next time I’m at Walmart. I really liked it but then, I’ve always been a fan of sweet berry scents so….. 🙂

Strength – I would rate these melts a 10 in any size room. It was a room filler and I loved every second of it.
