What did my candle smell like?
Oh my goodness does Bath & Body Works know their tropical fragrances. I don’t think I’ve tried one yet I haven’t loved and was blown away when I
smelled Papaya Sunrise for the first time…. Sweet and luscious tropical nirvana!!! Juicy Payapa, loads of creamy coconut with gobs of sugar. It was so fresh and tangy…. I couldn’t help closing my eyes a few times just to breathe it in. LOVED!!!! Here is the scent description from the bottom of the candle:
“Wake up to another day in paradise with a tropical blend of papaya, coconut wood and a hint of sugarcane.”
Smelling this candle again, it was so much more than the description above. I smelled tangy and sweet tropical fruit with lots of coconut and sugar. It reminded me of a sweet coconut lemonade. I seriously was in heaven and am kicking myself for not purchasing more.
I lit this candle in my master bedroom and it took not even 10 minutes before I started noticing the fragrance. After a good hour, my bedroom was saturated with sweet papaya and coconut… and it was heaven. It reminded me of a tropical smoothie you would drink by the beach or a pool. LOVED!!
Strength – on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this candle an 8. It gave a nice and strong scent throw. The fragrance saturated my bedroom and even spilled outside the room.
How did my candle burn?
My candle burned perfect. No wick issues. Clean and even burn.
Closing to my review:
At this stage, I don’t even hesitate purchasing tropical scents from Bath & Body Works anymore… I love them all! Papaya Sunrise – AWESOME!!… I will purchase this one again for sure when they bring it back next summer. This is a scent you want burning in your house when you want 
something sweet, fruity and fresh. And the strength….. perfect!!
Highly recommend this scent should you find it at Bath & Body Works. It’s one I’ll for sure purchase again and in larger quantities.

This candle gets my highest rating. Presentation was great, the scent was beyond authentic, it burned perfect and the strength was amazing. Loved!!
