First impression of Maple Caramel Swirl:
Where to begin? These drizzle melts smelled amazing!! I smelled both maple and caramel together but swirled into a rich and creamy vanilla. Oh yes… this is a scent you’ll be tempted to eat bakery lovers!!

A delicious blend of rich caramel and fresh maple syrup!
Simple but accurate only the vanilla component I could swear was in there was missing in the description. I loved it! Now let’s see how these melts perform once I pop some cubes into my melters!

Melting:
Swan Creek’s clamshell packs are bigger than the average size so one cube works fine per melt session. In my case, I popped out one cube each in two electric melters in my great room. Once melting, it took a very long time to really start noticing the fragrance and even then, it was too light to appreciate in a large space. I ended up melting the rest of the wax in a different (smaller) room to see if that made a difference and it did. The scent was much better and I was able to smell a creamy, sweet caramel, vanilla, maple scent moving throughout my guest bedroom. The overall scent –
the maple dominates with caramel coming in a close second. This is a very sweet fragrance and delicious.
Strength – I would rate this scent a 6 out of 10 in a really large room. 8/9 in medium to smaller rooms. I’m going to try it again in my great room when I purchase this fragrance again to see if I get the same result. I’m wondering if another candle I had going could have been interfering with this fragrance. It could be.
Do I recommend this scent? Yes. Definitely give it a try if you love sweet and creamy vanilla/caramel scents. Just start out in a smaller room and see what kind of result you get.
