Honey Vanilla Bath & Body Works Candle Review

First impression of Honey Vanilla:
I loved the look of this candle and was attracted to it the moment I saw it. The entire vessel was covered in a large blue and white damask pattern… so pretty!! See picture above for visual reference.
The aroma…. YUM!! I smelled a creamy and sweet vanilla, more on the bakery side. I’m a big fan of vanilla fragrances and I’m happy to report this one smelled really delicious.
Here is the scent description from the bottom of the candle:
Rich vanilla, warm tonka bean, wildflower honey.
Vanilla – check! Tonka bean – check! Honey? Not sure on that one but hoping that comes to life once the candle was burning.
Let’s find out!
I lit this candle in my master bedroom and waited for the magic to begin which I’m sad to report never happened. The aroma was way too light for a large room. Medium room – too light. Once I moved it to a small room… perfect!! A sweet vanilla filled my bathroom with fragrance and it was sweet and delicious. I never did smell the wildflower honey listed in the scent description – to me, this scent was all vanilla and tonka bean.
Strength – One a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this candle a 3 in a large room. 5/6 in a medium room/ 7/8 in a small room.
How did my candle burn?
This candle burned perfect. No wick issues. Clean burning from beginning to end.
Closing to my review:
Honey Vanilla sure smelled amazing on cold sniff and I had high hopes for this one but alas… it wasn’t meant to be as far as strength goes. Some vanilla fragrances are just naturally light and this unfortunately was one of them. I was bummed for sure. 🙁 The scent however was a nice and creamy vanilla that I did enjoy. Would I purchase it again? Probably not. The strength was just too light to justify purchasing it again. 
If you love vanilla scents and see this scent out and about, pop the lid off and smell one. You may fall in love. Just keep in mind it’s lightly scented. At least for me it was.
Don’t see this scent listed on Bath & Body Works website, try one of their stores which tends to carry more fragrances than online.
