Sharon....thanks and I'm so glad to hear you're at the end of that terrible sickness. Yuck. Good riddance to it!  I was a big buyer and blender over at OPT...lots of fun. She is in the process of closing down now so she only has RTS left on site.

Amy...thanks my friend. It's a slow process here...the cough is pretty nasty sounding but without that fever I'm feeling like I won the lottery. I'll give it a few more days to see if I can kick it and then head into the doctor to see if I need antibiotics. Pretty sure I don't yet....everything seems like it's staying out of my lungs for now. Lucky you got some snow! 🌨 I really would love a big snow storm...as long as it kept everyone from driving in it! Thanks regarding the passing of my in-laws families...it's actually my SIL mom and my BIL dad....both married to my siblings. It is a tough time for my poor nieces and nephews...first wake was last night. 
I am rewarming the tarts from the other day but will change them up for the challenge...I do enjoy this idea...honestly, can't smell a thing...lol....but it's fun.

So it's a pinkish lavender tart bar from CFOW in Trivial Pursuit...ohhh....I can actually smell this....ZB, coconut and blueberry.

Good evening all. Thanks for the well wishes. It's been a tough couple of days. I ended up with a fever and the same evening 2 family members from the in-law sides of the families passed away. 2020 has been pretty bad so far. 

Sharon...I am sorry to hear you've all had an illness....I hope you are all feeling better now!

Debra...yikes...all work and no play make it hard to melt! Glad you got something good in the warmer!

Michele...I'm sorry you are missing your mom. I know how you feel. It will be 15 years for me this year and it feels like yesterday. 

Amy...I'm sooo happy for your friend! Yay! It will be tough work but he can get most of that back if he works hard enough. I'm glad you see an improvement already. Thanks for the info on the melting challenge....I am totally illiterate as far as hashtags....can you tell? LOL

Funny you should ask...I just bought a microwave glass bowl corn popper....not air pop...but close. And I bought some Amish  purple, blue and red corn to pop in it.

Sharon...Thank you regarding the DH! It's funny....we used to stand by the "no black" to a wedding here in the states but that changed many years ago. And some people actually do have "black and white" weddings...however....it's still frowned upon to wear all white/ivory unless you're the bride.

Oh no Debra!! No time for melting??  Hope things turn around soon!

Amy...Thanks regarding the DH! The Calypso Orchid is soooo lovely! I still have it in the upstairs warmer and I'm gonna keep it there until the scent is completely gone. Its a floral with a slight musky background....soothing and beautiful. Glad you are starting a new melting challenge....I think I'd like to join you on that. How'd you find it? It looks like fun!

lol Sharon...an Elephant Ear is fried dough in a cookie/pastry with butter cinnamon and sugar that is shaped like a elephants ear. Glad it doesn't smell like a real elephant.  I hope you had a lovely time celebrating your uncle.  to him.

Interesting....I usually find some new music I like from our local community college radio but haven't really listened to the radio much lately. Probably the most recent "new to me" music is The Tedeschi Trucks Band (Made Up Mind). Lots of bluesy brass and great vocals. They've been around a while but I just found them over the summer. Amy...glad you are home!  It wasn't too cold this week....much better than last week. We got the kids out twice this week which isn't too shabby since it was a short week. It definitely helps. 
Michele...Lolol....that's how I feel about my wax....one more thing could blow the roof off! If I switch to B&B I'm in Bigggggggg trouble. I've done that before and I gotta be careful.

Awww...thanks Amy! I love French toast too! And I've had a re-interest in Weird Al lately...some of his old stuff is hysterical....Smells like Nirvana....Lololol. 

I just use a handy old ice scraper. Nothing fancy...probably costs 5 bucks....but tbh I park in the garage so I rarely use it.

Good Wednesday Evening!

Amy...oh so true....this weather is so crazy! I can't believe the forsythia bushes were blooming already!! They're early bloomers but not this early! I must say my CFOW has been throwing great...the ones from yesterday were samples in my recent order...(yes, I splurged...and again at SGA this fine evening..lol) so they may have had a nice cure time. I just peeked at IG and started to follow her...danger, danger. Those chunks are lovely!  And thanks re my avatar. 
Tonight has been VRC Pumpkin Marshmallow, VRC Autumn Leaves, and SGA  Ghosts and Goblins....smelling wonderful here.

TGIF! So happy to be back at work this week  but the kids were sooooo jumpy! Yikes....I think they need some outside time even though it's sooo cold. 
Amy...yay for being home! Glad for you and getting new computers...nice! My Southbound melts were very strong and I believe they were the last of a giftie from last Christmas!
