Cute title, Michele! :D
Melting Slice of Paradise from Zeep.
Have a good one. B)
-
No, I don't. DH loves them though!
The person below me makes their own salsa.

Debra, it's too hot and dry here for mosquitoes. I haven't been bit by one since we moved here 12 years ago. :o But my family in ID have not had much luck with citronella candles. <_<
Melting Pink Sands from YC. Nice, soft scent.
Stay cool, everyone. I don't envy your humidity. I'm heading out to our pool. Lazy pool days are my favorite. B)
-
Mmm, yes I do! Preferably on white bread. Those Uncrustables are actually pretty good in a pinch. ^_^
The person below me uses the top sheet on their bed.

Maggie, your wreaths are gorgeous.
AmyJo, Twinkling Summer Nights is fireflies and blooming jasmine. I have no idea what fireflies smell like, but I can tell you it was a very soft, pretty scent. Not too floral-y.
Melting another one from BH&G, Jamaican Rum Gelato. This one is powerful. If I were to go somewhere it would follow me right out the door. I'd probably get comments that I smell like candles. I've actually been hesitant to melt it because of how strong it was cold. It's delicious, though.

Honeybear, your pizza story! Totally something I'd do!
Maggie, how exciting!
Susan, that's so cool you make candles from your used wax. Great idea!
Melting Twinkling Summer Lights from BH&G.

Yes, definitely. B)
The person below me uses coupons.

AmyJo, I hope you were able to find a display case. I think Michael's would be a great place to look!
I guess I'm used to the heat here, even though when I open the door it feels like I've opened the oven door. Maybe because it's a dry heat? When we lived in Guam I'd start dripping with sweat the second I'd step outside. The temps there were often in the 80's, but the humidity was also 80% or higher.
Melting Taste The Tropics from ScentSationals.
Enjoy your day

Sometimes. Movies like The Martian, Passengers, Jurassic Park- yes. Star Trek....not so much, much to DH's disappointment. lol
The person below has been following the World Cup.

Honeybear, that wine and wheel sounds so fun!
Aria, I'm glad your a/c only needed refrigerant. Our rental house also needed 2 new units, another $17,000. :o Needless to say, my wax buying has slowed considerably. I don't order much, if at all, during the summer so it's not as bad as it sounds. I'm another one who has to write everything down. I'll run to the grocery store for 3 items and if I don't have a list I'll forget at least one thing.
AmyJo, I love the sound of all your orders.
Debra, I hope your kitty is ok.
Maggie, making wreaths sounds like fun! Hope you have time set aside to relax a bit, too. ;)
When Aria melted Nana's Banana Pudding from Front Porch the other day it reminded me that I have that scent in my stash so I'm melting it today. Soft, creamy banana scent. I like it a lot and am not normally a huge fan of banana scents.
Our heat advisory has been lifted. It's "only" supposed to be 109 today.
Have a good day everyone. :D

Happy anniversary to you and your DH, Honeybear! -
Good morning B)
AmyJo, that baseball game sounds like a lot of fun!
Debra, hope your wax arrives in good shape. It melts here, even on ice.
Biolaeagles, sounds like a fun outing!
Supposed to be 112 today so I went with Rio Beach from Scentsy.
Off to check out AmyJo's survey......
-
AmyJo, you use too many emoji's? I didn't know that was possible.
Susan, I love all your beach scents.
Melting Raspberry Margarita from ScentSationals. This is really good and not too sweet.

AmyJo, Kohl's has candles, clammies and some YC. They also have San Miguel reed diffusers, which I really like both for looks and scent. I've tried the Sonoma brand of clams and liked them. They're often 50% off and when paired with a coupon it makes them around $2. ;)
I was sorting through some of my Scentsy clams and found a reeeeally old one, Root Beer. This has to be at least 5 years old. I remember DD wanted it. It was oily and discolored, but I tossed a few cubes in a couple of warmers and it smells fantastic. I can't believe how realistic it smells and I can't believe I like it. Not a scent I'd ever pick out.
Hope everyone enjoys their day. Happy Father's Day.
-
Yes, love it!
The person below me has flown first class.

Biolaeagles, have fun at the movies with DS2 today! I hope he has a fun birthday tomorrow.
Aria, have fun shopping! I love Kohl's! And they have wax, too.
I also only melt one scent at a time; in the main living areas, anyway. I typically have 3 warmers going in the kitchen/great room with the same scent. Bedrooms have different scents, but they're upstairs and don't interfere. Lol. Today's scent is Mango Luau from ScentSationals.
-
That was the plan until the weather turned. Now it's going to be pizza and game night!
The person below me likes veggies on the grill.
-
Debra, enjoy your day off! ;)
Honeybear, hope the work all went smoothly. I don't like having workers in and out.
Melting Watermelon Mint from Scentsy.
-
Yes, but nothing fancy, just a regular braid.
The person below me enjoys amusement parks.
-
Honeybear, I think you will absolutely love your IPad! I have a Samsung tablet and do almost everything on it!
Maggie, I wasn't able to get on here yesterday, either. I love chicken fajitas, but I don't make them very often. DH and DS aren't big fans.
Melting Fruit Loop from Fox Willow.
We're under a heat advisory so this will be me-->
Have a good day B)
-
Good morning :)
Melting Rosemary & Spearmint from BH&G Aromatherapy. I will be cleaning today and thought this would be a good choice. Also hoping it's strong enough to eliminate the lingering aroma of last night's dinner, chicken fajitas.
-
Hello B)
Michele, I hope the shots help your knees.
AmyJo, I haven't ordered from those vendors.
Melting a gift from a sweet CF buddy, Jackie O. Visits Her Family from VCS.

Our new a/c units are up and running. Thanks for the sympathy, ladies. It's a lot of money to part with all at once, but a/c is not optional where we live.
Debra, I'm sorry about your waxident. <_< Those are the worst and removing wax from grout? Yikes!
Melting Sweet Lavender Peppermint Birthday Cake from Front Porch. Really like this; the peppermint is dominant, but there's hint of sweet lavender that softens the peppermint.
Have a good day, everyone. B)

AmyJo, I'm glad your good memories of Montgomery are helping you through this difficult time.
My Zeep Beach Towels was a clam that I melted in a 25 watt warmer and also a hot plate.
My wax budget took a huge hit today. Last night our upstairs a/c unit went out. After some testing it was determined that the downstairs unit was on its last legs, too, so today we are having both units replaced. $20,000 could've bought a lot of wax..... It doesn't help the situation that we're under an excessive heat warning today with an expected high of 108. To add to that, DH's Costco account was hacked which was tied to his Visa. The person(s) purchased a laptop and attempted to purchase an Apple watch. Luckily, we're not being held responsible.
Melting Vanilla Sugar from Essenza today. A subtle crowd pleaser while we have workers in and out.
