First Impression of Eucalyptus Rain:
First of all, I loved the look of this candle. Aesthetics get me every time and Eucalyptus Rain was too darling for words! The entire candle was wrapped in this lovely blue and white whimsical patterned label that popped and instantly grabbed my attention. See picture above. The scent… even better! The wax smelled so soothing and had an aromatherapy vibe to it.

Aromatic eucalyptus, spearmint leaves, fresh spring rain.
I smelled all three elements pretty clearly. The spearmint much stronger than the eucalyptus with the fresh spring rain a perfect backdrop to both. The fresh spring rain kind of had a perfume feel to it. It was different and just based off cold sniff… so far, so good.
Time to light my candle!
I lit my Eucalyptus Rain candle in my master bedroom to start out and even though I probably should have moved it to a smaller room, I still kept it right where it was. I wanted to enjoy every minute of this candle and my master bedroom was definitely the best spot for that. Once the candle was burning and the fragrance was traveling through my bedroom, I smelled fresh spring rain listed in the description the most with spearmint coming in second. The eucalyptus was present as well but very light. I can’t exactly tell you what “fresh spring rain” smells like. All I can say it was fresh and had a slight perfume/body splash kind of vibe to it. Blended with the minty notes gave it a soothing aromatherapy feel. I really, really enjoyed this scent.
Strength – Eucalyptus Rain was not a strong fragrance. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this candle a 5 in a large room. 7/8 in a medium and probably 10 in a small. I didn’t test in a small room so that’s just a guess.
How Did My Candle Burn?
I am happy to report, Eucalyptus Mint burned perfectly. No wick issues and burned all the way to the very bottom. Clean burning from beginning to end. YAY!!
Closing To My Eucalyptus Rain Candle Review:
I thoroughly enjoyed Eucalyptus Rain and would totally purchase this candle again. In fact, I think I will. I loved it!! This was not your average minty fragrance so if that’s what you’re hoping for, I suggest you sniff this candle at a Bath & Body Works store before purchasing it. They should have called this scent Fresh Spring Rain.
Don’t see Eucalyptus Rain on Bath & Body Works website? Try one of their stores which tends to carry all their current scents vs online. Not sure why they do that but I do find their stores carry way more fragrances.
