About Bisby Candles
Born out of a love for travel and inspired by experiences around the world every scent represents a place we love. Founded in 2014 by Nicole Bisby Daadaoui in her Oklahoma kitchen,
Bisby Candles combines traditional craftsmanship with pure ingredients. You will be transported from Paris to Marrakech with our original creations.
After returning from a trip to Italy and Bali the summer of 2013 Nicole started making candles in her kitchen. What started as an ideal gift for friends and family quickly turned into a business finding it’s self in Whole Foods Market. Here at Bisby, we believe in using quality ingredients so all of our products come from nature, as they should. All candles are poured, mixed and packaged by hand in our Oklahoma studio. We use natural soy wax, a blend of essential oils + fragrance oil, and a lead-free cotton wick.
The sense of smell is the strongest of all and has the most power to shift your mood. So we understand it’s more than just looks when you buy or sell a candle, it’s about how our fragrances make you feel, and what emotions they spark. We make candles to tell a story and take you on an adventure with us one fragrance at a time.
