First impression:
I purchased these melts directly from ScentSational’s website. I have not found this scent at Walmart stores. I love country fair smells… buttered popcorn, cotton candy, caramel corn, funnel cake… YUMMO!!!!!!
First sniff… very different and not what I expected. The wax smelled almost fruity to me faint… I wasn’t 
detecting kettle corn or anything bakery. When I bought these melts, I was imagining a scent like Bath & Body Works “Summer Boardwalk” which personifies all the amazing scents at a fair. So yummy!! ScentSational’s version smelled more like cotton candy.
Melting:
First sniff… I wasn’t impressed. It didn’t smell synthetically or bad… it just didn’t wow me when I first smelled it. Here is the scent description from ScentSational’s website:
“Thrilling rides, funnel cake, and kettle corn…”
I’ve had this scent melting for over an hour and all I can say is… what an UN-remarkable fragrance it was. A lot of times, ScentSational melts will morph into something fantastic once the wax gets hot (which is what I was hoping for with this one) but it never did. I didn’t smell a lick of funnel cake or kettle corn. So disappointing.
In closing… I don’t recommend this fragrance at all. Sorry…
