What does the term Noel mean? (Besides Christmas....duh)

What is Noel? I see it referenced often with Vanilla. I don't think it is referencing Christmas.

I think the noel is a particular scent note. I have seen a lot of different blends with the noel name attached to it.

Does anyone know what scent is added to the vanilla to create a noel?

I am not personally a big fan of the noel scents (maybe it is just the dupe melts that I have tried). Whatever is added is not for me, but there are so many people that love these blends.

Yep, Noel is referring to Bath and Body Work's Vanilla Bean Noel. It's got a butterry cookie light musk sort of smell. You must be looking at Carol's site because she has a bunch of Noel scents. She is mixing Vanilla Bean Noel with other scents like Noel Nog is Vanilla Bean Noel mixed with Egg Nog (great scent by the way).
