Okay, I see another sale here AND this site claims to have very strongly scented tarts. Anyone know anything about Bubby's? Please post even if you haven't ordered. I didn't get any responses about Kapeli, so it makes me a little uneasy about ordering from someone if it is a vendor nobody has even heard of.

You're welcome, Heart. I did only try one scent from there, so it could have just been the scent. Maybe someone else has had some more experience with this company.
