We began making soy candles in 2013 for friends and family. The first collection quickly grew and in early 2016, our candles went viral. We received press coverage from publications all over the world, including Cosmopolitan, Elle Decor, House Beautiful, BuzzFeed, Mental Floss, The Nerdist, Huffington Post, PopSugar, Seventeen, and ABC News Los Angeles. It’s still surreal to think about how our little mom and pop shop was trending on Facebook! It was truly a Cinderella story and to this day, it’s immensely humbling to remember those first few weeks of publicity.
