The name Yoke is taken from the true definition of yoga. Yoke means yoga, and yoga means union. Our guiding principle is that wellness expands when the inner and outer journeys unite, and our name reinforces our commitment to this path.
Headquartered in Venice, California, our founder treats clients in her Los Angeles
and Seattle-based integrative wellness practice along with a community of practitioners, nutritionists, and energy workers.
