First impression of Sweet Candied Apples:
I was so excited to walk into Walmart and see a whole slew of fall fragrances fresh on the shelf from Better Homes and Gardens. The moment I popped off the lid to Sweet Candied Apples, sugary drenched apples hit my nose and it was pretty yummy.
Here is the scent description I pulled from the internet:
This has sweet fuji apple, red delicious and autumn Braeburns shine with a hint of sweet Bosc pear and a dusting of crystalline white sugar. It’s a perfect addition to your home this season.
I wouldn’t go so far as to know the exact apple I smelled but it it was definitely a tart apple drenched in a sweet candied sugar.
Time to find out how these melts perform!
Melting:
I used the entire clamshell pack (3 cubes each) in two electric melters in my great room. Once melting, it took a few minutes before I started noticing the scent and from then on out, yummy candied apples filled my great room. It truly smelled like candied apples… crisp apples dominated
the overall scent with sweet sugar in the background. It was fresh and really authentic. Will purchase more for sure!! Loved it!!
Strength – on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this fragrance an 8/9 in a large room. 10 and above in a medium and smaller rooms. This is definitely a room filler fragrance.
In closing, if you love sweet apple scents, Sweet Candied Apples from Better Homes in a must try. It was super authentic and you can’t beat the price!
