Well, Mimi's House has finally died out....so now I am in the mood for some bakery and just put CFTKR Sugar Coated Pie Crust in the melter....it's not as strong as Mimi's House was, but very good just the same....

    Have a nice night everyone!

Still melting Mimi's House from Can-Do this morning....very long lasting scent.....

Beth - Mimi's House is a very unique scent...love it...let's see there's definitely apple in it, a little spice and a fresh woodsy, kinda pine scent....it's a wonderful mixture!

    Welcome Desert Rose! [smilie=th_bb20]

Received my two free sample tarts from Cobblestone Candle Co. - Mediterranean Fig and Himalayan Bamboo - what a nice little box and very nice presentation. I am eager to melt these.

Melting CFTKR Beach Bum....not sure I like it or not...it's tropical, but there is something odd about it...I think it's peach. Peach scents and I don't get along...hahaha.....bummer. Gonna move on to CFTKR Hot Apple Pie....very yummy and comforting...it's rainy here today.

  6. debra, wow, how cute that your son was The Giving Tree! I know you must have pictures and special memories of that day too.

momuvtwo, it's a classic for sure....sometimes I will pick it up and read it by myself...gives me a warm fuzzy feeling...Hope you guys enjoy it too! Can't beat Target for tealights....100 for $4 !

  7. LOL everyone....we use "that" word around here on a daily basis...actually it's mostly DH and the boys.....uggh...they take so much joy in the strangest things!

Well, I have to say that the Bit O Honey from earlier was good....smelled just like the real deal too.

Just put Can-Do's Sticky Buns in my tealight melter and it is already smelling super delish in here.....wow....that is one strong tart! For some reason the last two days I have been in a bakery mood....before that I was melting all fruity scents.

    fleur, I love Grazia's lilac....

Heidiliz, hope the kiddos feel better!

  8. ;) Good Morning everyone! Thanks for the nice welcome!

Wow, lots of early risers here! Lots of laughs too! :P

Today I have decided to melt Bit O` Honey from Bella Candles N Tarts.....I got one of her grab bags last week and this one was in it...although I am usually not fond of honey scents, this one smelled pretty good when I pulled it out of the little baggie....I just put it in the melter a few minutes ago, so I will wait and see what happens.....

Hope everyone has a wonderfully scented day! :)

  9. Thank you all for the wonderful welcoming words!

Yes, The Giving Tree is a staple around our house..... I have two boys...ages 9 and 5. Anyone with kids should have this book....I remember it from 1st grade and that was a loooooooong time ago!
