Winter Bath & Body Works Candle Review

First impression of Winter:
The moment I poked my nose into this Winter candle, I smiled and breathed it in. This was a fragrance I knew my husband was going to like. I smelled a fresh and minty balsam pine. It wasn’t a classic Christmas tree scent but a little more refreshing.
Here is the scent description for Winter:
Make with fir needles, orange essential oils with notes of clove and citrus.
Orange? I don’t smell any citrus in this scent but if I do, bring it on!! Clove? Not a lick and I was perfectly happy with that. To me, this candle was all fir needles and something else that sort of smelled minty and fresh. Whatever it was… loved it!!
Let’s get to burning this candle!
I lit this candle in my master bedroom and literally 5 minutes from lighting the wicks, the fragrance was moving all around the candle. A half an hour later, the aroma was all throughout my bedroom and open bathroom. My bedroom smelled like a fresh winter pine. Orange essential oils, clove and citrus? Right around the candle, I could smell a hint of sweet orange but it was very light. Away from the candle and just smelling the air, this fragrance was all fir needle. It wasn’t quite a classic Christmas tree scent but it was pretty close. Did my husband comment on it? Strangely no. Maybe because it wasn’t a classic Douglas Fir scent… who knows?
Strength – I would rate this candle an 8 out of 10 in a really large room. 10 in medium to smaller rooms. Not bad overall.
How did my Winter candle burn?
This candle burned perfect. No wick issues. Clean burning from beginning to end. I was very pleased.
Closing to my review:
I enjoyed Winter from Bath & Body Works. I would call it a Christmas tree scent but with a fresh twist. This candle gave a nice medium scent throw 
and my bedroom smelled like a winter wonderland. Definitely smell this one next time you’re at a Bath & Body Works store and see what you think.

This Winter 2018 and 2019 series at Bath and Body works is my FAVORITE! The fir needle and orange are what make this candle. I just they would have left it alone. They now use pine needles and clementines. It’s a tad different. The 2018/2018 version will always be my number 1!!
