Shining the Light on Chaos Candle Company

The majority of the candles are single-wicked, 9 ounce jars. They also carry a smaller collection of 3-wick tumbler style candles. They carry a line of 2- and 4-ounce room sprays in all of their scents. You are also able to purchase their unique perfume fragrances to carry the mystique with you throughout the day. 

The candles from Chaos definitely have that goth and mysterious vibe, with the EREBUS candle looking so luxurious and chic. The glass candle jar was black matte and had a screw-top lid. The label was stunning and had a vintage air to it, with the company and scent names clearly displayed. The wax was white and there was a single wick. 

This candle was amazing! The scent was warm and cozy…it smelled a lot like an apple cinnamon candle plus. The warmth of the sandalwood amped up the vibe and made me want to wrap myself in this fragrance. The candle had a slow burn but I had no difficulty getting a full, even wax melt pool. The scent itself was moderately strong (3.5 out of 5) with a great scent throw (4 out of 5). 

My Heartfelt Glow candle looked similar to my EREBUS candle but the label was a bit different. It  looked very dreamy, less vintage, but it was still very beautiful. The cold sniff was amazing! I smelled floral notes and some beautiful perfume-y notes. Swoon! 

Oooh, this candle scent was so complex. It definitely had a floral presence, but there was a beautiful blend of warm and fruity notes in the mix. The vanilla made it a bit sweet and even “creamy.” It was easily my favorite of the scents I tried. The candle strength was 3.5 with a throw of 4 out of 5. I didn’t have any trouble with the burn on this candle either. 

The Warm Linen room spray came in a black matte glass jar and felt so heavy in the hand. The spray pump was easy to use and to dispense just the right amount of product. 

This fragrance was so crisp and clean. It smelled like I had been cleaning all day! There were some perfumey notes that you can get with linen fragrances, but it was not overpoweringly so. The addition of the rose floral notes made it different than a typical clean linen fragrance. I found that this scent lingered in the air for a reasonable time and it did a great job of freshening up spaces.

My Gilded room spray was similar to the Warm Linen as far as the look. These are very high quality room sprays and have an up-end look and feel to them. 

I have to admit that I kept spraying Gilded all throughout the day, as I just couldn’t get enough of the fragrance. I am a foodie scent lover at heart, and this fragrance made me want to break out my spoon! There was a rich brown sugar sweetness and warm, rich vanilla notes. The vanilla matcha addition made this blend creamy and gave it some earthy notes. This particular fragrance did a good job at masking up some food odors we had in the kitchen one day. 

We are head over heels with the beautiful, luxurious indie-made products from Chaos Candle Company. The products are meticulously made and presented in a very high-end way. We find the pricing on their website extremely reasonable for the type of products received. The candles had great scent throws and do well in small and medium sized spaces. If you are looking to scent a larger space, the 3-wick candles would most likely be the better option. We noticed clean burns and very unique fragrance combinations. Overall, we loved our introduction to Chaos Candle Company and rate it 5 out of 5!
