First Impression of Vanilla Cone:
The moment I saw Vanilla Cone on Kringle’s scent list, I really wanted to review it. The name alone sold me but add the yummy picture of a waffle cone topped with creamy vanilla ice cream and I wanted it even more. The moment I smelled it… heaven!!

Top notes, homemade waffle cone. Mid notes, vanilla and powdered sugar. Base, caramel and butter.
Smelling the wax before lighting the wicks, I smelled a sweet vanilla and yes, powdered sugar!! It was so realistic, my mouth was watering! I didn’t notice caramel or butter but in all honesty, this scent was perfect exactly as it was. The vanilla and powdered sugar together smelled divine. Hopefully, the scent is strong once burning so I could enjoy it it even more.

Even though I wished otherwise, I had a feeling this candle would give a subtle aroma so I decided to burn it in a smaller room for maximum scent throw. It was a perfect choice. Once the wicks were lit, it took 10 minutes or so to reach a full melt pool and once it did, the sweetest vanilla scent wafted all throughout my guest bathroom and it was YUMMY!!!! I love vanilla scents, especially the sweet bakery ones and let me tell you, Vanilla Cone smelled like a buttery and smooth vanilla. No waffle cone, no caramel notes detected once burning but I was still happy with the overall aroma. A must try for all vanilla lovers.
Strength – this was indeed a subtle aroma. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this candle a 6 in a medium room. 8 in a small room.
How Did My Candle Burn?
This candle burned perfect. Zero wick issues. Clean burning from start to finish.

I really enjoyed Vanilla Cone from Kringle Candle. As an avid vanilla lover, I’m always on the hunt for a true and sweet one. I prefer my vanilla’s, creamy and edible… the kind you want to take a bite out of or drench yourself in when the scent starts traveling through your home. This candle satisfied that craving and then some. My only critique would be the strength… had it been stronger, I would have been in heaven. Unfortunately, most vanilla scents tend to be on the lighter side and this candle was no exception. Something to keep in mind should you purchase this fragrance.
Would I purchase Vanilla Cone again? Absolutely! I’ll just keep burning it in smaller rooms for maximum scent throw.
