Introduction to my Tyler Candle Review:

Tyler Candle is a company that I was dying to try but for one reason or another thought was expensive.  Two things, one is that they really aren’t and the other is that they sell melts!!  Once I figured that out I was on a quest to try some of these.

I headed over to TartBurners.com and looked at the selection and found that their scents are very unique.  With names like PMS, Drama and Girly Girl I was laughing as I shopped.  When I saw Beach Blonde I knew I had to try it.  I’ve lived in Southern California all my life and I love the beach.  I love everything about it, the sound of the gulls, the smell of the ocean, the feeling of sand in my toes, the heat of the sun.. I’ll take it all! I happily placed my order and waited anxiously for it to arrive.

What Do My Mixer Melts Look Like?

These are flat plastic containers filled with wax. They are similar to clamshell containers but longer and flatter.  These are easy to stack and very portable.  I took them with me on a camping trip and they traveled well.  The wax is divided into six squares and is white.

How Do My Mixer Melts from Tyler Candle Smell?

The official description for this scent is:

“A crisp invigorating scent reminiscent of sand, warm suntan oil & sea mist. Very inviting & somewhat overpowering, hence the name Beach Blonde.”

If ever there was a scent that could instantly transport you to a day at the beach, this is it!  This is one of my new favorite fragrances, I literally can’t get enough of it.  It smells like the end of a day at the beach, after you’ve put on sunscreen and been baking in the rays for a few hours.  It’s so authentic I can feel the sand in my shoes!

Since I first melted this I have been introduced to Beach, the fragrance by Bobbi Brown.  They smell almost exactly alike.

The throw on these melts is amazing.  I used three squares in my tea light burner and it filled half of my house.  The strength is a medium plus to me.  It’s a good strong smell, but won’t blow you away.

Overall Opinion Of My Mixer Melts from Tyler Candle:

Why oh why did I wait so long to try this scent?  I love, love, love it!  I like that these containers are so easy to store and take with you.  I feel like they are a decent price for what you get too.  I will buy this scent over and over, and even bought the air freshener for my car! (told you I was hooked!!)
