First Impression:
My 11 year old convinced me to review this one… as soon as he smelled it, he wanted me to buy it. Yes, my children love to put their two cents in when it comes to my aromatic hobby. In fact, my youngest has to smell all the scents with me when I’m at Walmart and we pick them out together. And it’s funny how some fragrances grab you when others don’t, I can’t tell you how many times I bypassed this scent until my little guy made me buy it. Once I got it home and took the time to re-evaluate, I had to agree with him… it smelled really fresh. For me, it reminded me of freshly laundered towels, not really a spa type scent. Seriously… it smelled like fabric softener all the way.
I also want to point out… I am LOVING these bigger clamshell packs they offer on certain scents. They don’t offer many but hoping they keep adding more. It’s a seriously good deal… it’s basically double the standard 2.5oz size for $3.75. This scent was offered if the value size so I’m sure it’s a popular fragrance. Time to test mine out.
Melting:
I wish I had a scent description to go by. The picture on the label shows a fluffy folded towel, a burning candle and essential oil bottles blurred out in the background. I might be over analyzing here but I didn’t really think this smelled like a true spa fragrance. True spa scents are aromatherapy and made with pure essential oils and you cannot mistake those. I still loved it though and I’m holding firm this scent smelled like fabric softener more than anything else.
Strength – on a scale of 1 to 10, this was a 10…. all the way. Super saturation strong! I used 3 cubes each in two melters in my great room and within minutes the aroma filled the room… within a half an hour, the fragrance traveled all through the upper level of my home and even filtered downstairs traveling through every room. WOW!! It overpowered every other scent I had going in other rooms. Crazy strong but not headache inducing if that makes sense. It was awesome!! Another plus… this scent lasted and lasted and lasted!! I started melting these early afternoon and kept it going the entire day… when I woke up the next morning, I could still smell the fragrance (tapered down a bit) but it was still strong enough that I left it melting through the entire day. I would say you could get a full 2 days or more out of a few cubes at a time. So, this is a very long lasting fragrance!!
In closing… I highly recommend this scent if you’re after fresh laundry type scents and you love em strong.

Best of all the fragrents ever. Store just don’t keep enough in store
This is the most awesome smell. I have learned in a month that all brands do not have a scent. I have also learned that all H&G do not have a scent.
I found this one and am keeping it!!!
Also, the spice pumpkin pie is a great scent, but cinnamon and spice is just wax melting in my warmer.

This is only available in melts and I wish it were in a candle too. It’s very soothing and strong. One of the strongest scents from Better homes I’ve tried. Definitely a great scent if you love fresh herbal type fragrances.
This one for sure is going in my basket the next time I am at Wal-Mart! So glad to read that it smells fresh and is strong.
This is one of the stronger melts from better Homes in my opinion, I love fresh spa scents.
