Swan Creek Candle Company is an Ohio-based company that makes wonderful 100% soy wax melts and candles. Their Drizzle Melts are beautiful to look at and delicious to melt. They offer a wide variety of candles, many of them statement pieces that can be tastefully used after all the wax is gone.
