Sweater Weather Bath & Body Works Candle ReviewSweater Weather

Brand: Bath & Body Works

Type: 14.5oz large 3 wick candle

Fragrance: Sweater Weather

Scent Strength: Medium

First impression of Sweater Weather:

Sweater Weather had a holiday label on it but it didn’t smell holiday to me. It smelled like an everyday scent… very fresh and a candle I could see myself burning any time of the year. The wax smelled masculine and the one word I keep zeroing in on…. FRESH!!

Here is the scent description I pulled from the bottom of the candle:

Cuddle up with an aromatic blend of eucalyptus, juniper berry and fresh sage that celebrates the craziness of sweater weather.

Sage and eucalyptus! That’s what I was smelling, sage and eucalyptus along with what I can only describe as a fresh masculine cologne. Based off cold sniff, I liked it.

Time to find out how this candle burns!

I lit this candle in a large bedroom and came back 20 minutes later to the fresh scent of eucalyptus and subtle hints of sage on a bed of fresh juniper berries which had to be the fresh component I kept smelling. I absolutely loved this scent. This candle did have a masculine vibe and reminded me of a subtle after shave. I can’t think of another way to describe it. Just imagine a man’s cologne with teeny hints of eucalyptus and sage. The overall scent was very nice and a perfect fragrance for any room in your home when you’re after something fresh.

Strength – on a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate this candle an 8 in a large room. 10 and above in medium to smaller rooms. It wasn’t overpowering but gave a nice and steady medium scent throw.

How did my candle burn?

This candle burned great. Zero wick issues (YEAH!) Clean burning from start to finish.

Closing to my review:

Sweater Weather from Bath & Body Works was a fragrance I enjoyed from beginning to end. I highly recommend it to all you candle lovers who love burning fresh scents that smell masculine. I know I crave fresh and more vibrant scents after burning so many spicy and heavy candles during fall and winter. It’s almost like seeing sunlight after days of rain. Lol!!

If you don’t see Sweater Weather online, check out a Bath & Body Works store which tends to carry a lot more scents than their website.

Happy candle hunting!
