First impression of Saturday Morning Cereal & Milk:
Now this was a scent from Swan Creek I HAD to try! I love cereal fragrances and so far I’ve tried Fruity Pebbles, Cocoa Puffs, Fruit Loops and Captain Crunch Berries. All three (from different companies) smelled super authentic and my entire family loved them. What would Saturday Morning Cereal & Milk smell like? I was so excited to find out!

Fruity berries, crushed cocoa and toasted corn notes are layered with coconut milk, vanilla sugar cane and fresh cream for a rich, smooth and creamy treat that will instantly take you back in time! Oooooh!!! That sounds AMAZING!!!! Before I get into my first impression, I first want to tell you what my drizzle melts looked like. Drizzle melts basically a huge clamshell pack – almost 5 ounces of wax. The wax was a creamy white with rainbow candied sprinkles embedded in the wax. The whole look fit the cereal theme. The only bummer is the candied sprinkles don’t melt with the wax so it leaves a bit of clean up at the end when you’re done melting.
Okay, what did my Saturday Morning Cereal & Milk smell like? I smelled the fruity berry cereal the most with toasted corn coming in second. I could also smell the cream and sugar cane as well. Coconut milk? Hard to tell. I asked my son (an avid cereal connoisseur) what he thought and he said it smelled creamy and fruity and reminded him more of pop tarts than cereal. Hey, I’ll take that! Pop tarts are in the breakfast category after all.
Okay, time to get melting!
Melting Saturday Morning Cereal & Milk:
I was so excited to get melting, I didn’t even pick all the embellishments out of the wax like I normally do. I just threw two cubes into my melters right away. Once melting, it didn’t take long to start noticing the aroma (not even 5 minutes) and oh my goodness… so awesome! My entire great room was filled with the aroma of fruity pebbles/fruit loops drenched in milk. That’s what it smelled like to me. Sugary/fruity cereal soaked in milk and you could clearly smell both. Up close and with your nose close to the melter, you can smell the creamy coconut element loud and clear but throughout the room, the coconut seamlessly blends with the fruity cereal so it just smelled like milk to me. I was really impressed with this scent.
Strength – I would rate this candle a 10 out of 10 in any size room. It was a definite room filler and I loved every second of it.
In closing, if you love fun fruity fragrances, definitely give Saturday Morning Cereal & Milk from Swan Creek a try. I absolutely LOVED IT!! And yes, I’m for sure going back for more. I hope they keep this one around for a long, long time.
