My exeperience with The Gingerbread Barn is limited to their votive offerings, but based on the quality of the burn with those, I'd be willing to try their other items as well. The votives I purchased were close-outs and a steal at around 50 cents each. They arrived quickly and well-packed. Each candle was individulally wrapped in a cello bag and labeled with its scent., plus I received a bonus sample of tealights with my order. I consistently got the approximately 20 hour stated burn time with these, no wax hang-up on the sides of my holders, no wandering wicks, no mushrooming and no sooting. Even allowing for the fact that these are votive candles, and thus have a small wax pool, the scent throw was very light to nonexistant. I tried mostly spicy bakery scents including Banana Nut Bread, Pumpkin Spice, and Fudge Brownie, along with Witches Brew. I could catch a whiff of scent if I was near the candle and concentrated on it, but that was it. They do burn very well and were trouble-free for me. If you are seeking a candle that will burn without hassle, like burning soy, and don't need a scent that jumps up to greet you when you walk in, these little votives would be great. Customer service was fast, friendly and excellent and I'd not hesitate to try some of their other offerings.
